Elijah went to the bowling alley and ran into Stephany Scott. It's been a while since they've spent time together, as he's been going out with Ruby a lot more lately. Elijah couldn't help but notice that Stephany looked different. Turns out she is pregnant and the baby is Elijah's. He asked her to consider terminating the pregnancy because they are both so young. I let fate decide, and Stephany wanted to keep the baby. So I guess Elijah will be preparing not only for fatherhood but breaking the news to his parents.
