My dog is very attractive. Strangers stop me on the street regularly to tell me.

Today a group of 3 men cat called my dog. They then argued amongst themselves if he was a border collie or an Australian Shepard (he's a collie). He's Insta is @halo_the_collie if youre interesed to see what im talking about 😂

They didn't seem to even notice me and didn't approach and I just kept walking.

But can this be what cat calling is from now on please?

I adopted 3 orphan kittens last night…

Their mumma got hit by a car while carrying the babies to a lady who feeds stray cats.

They are 4-5 weeks old

An Australian animal activist group has put up a controversal website

I don’t know what y'all know about this but an Australian animal activist group have put up a map listing all Australian farms. Their exact address Their contact details Photos of their properties and animals The activists claim that this is to “force transparency” to the industry However they encourage and participate in trespassing, causing trouble and stealing animal on properties Australia is majorly (>90%) family farms and many live on property. This has raised many concerns for these families those with young children are especially worried. Activists state that this information was already available for the public to view they are just listing it. Which is true. But now it’s on a list that demonized the farmers and their families and, from the way they speak on the matter, seem to beleive that farming in general is animal cruelty. The activist claim that farmers would only be upset if they had something to hide. Ignoring the issue. The fact that they also encourage trespassing by asking people to upload photos, videos and other information to their website is a biosecurity risk. These trespassers will not undertake the farms biosecurity entry procedures and could quite possibly cause the illness and death of these animals. There are calls for this website to be taken down and to undergo their goal in ways that don’t invade people’s privacy, doesn’t risk disease introduction, doesn’t encourage trespassing, and doesn’t aim to demonize the Australian agricultural industry, who are feeding Australia and the world.

This is super uncool and dangerous. If you have a problem with farming, there are countless other ways to make your voice heard without compromising peoples privacy and safety.

Also farmers, as a whole, follow the law. Of course there are some bad eggs, but aren't there in all professions? And the industry works to weed them out. And these people are breaking the law and endangering people. If you disagree with the law don't attack the small business owners just trying to make a living. Change the law. The farmers will follow the laws if you change them!

i love little kids with very niche interests. Like for awhile I nannied for a family who had a little girl who loved old black and white movies. She adopted a transatlantic accent, constantly wore a long string of plastic pearls, and would often dramatically drape herself over pieces of furniture when told to do something and say “I just can’t do it babe”
