“Let’s go do that!” Tsubasa said, nodding. They had to sift through a rather bustling crowd to get to the Omori family’s food stand, but Tsubasa didn’t mind. Seeing Yuko was always worth it!

When they got there, Tsubasa smiled, happily waving at Yuko and Elena’s parents. Yuko was helping a customer, but she returned the wave when she was done. She was such a hard worker!

“Hello, Yuko-chan! It’s nice to see you!” Tsubasa greeted.

“Hello, Tsubasa-chan! I see you’ve brought a friend! It’s nice to see you again, Elena-chan!” Yuko greeted the two girls as her older sister tended to the next customer.

“long time, no see! I see you’ve met my family.” she gestures to her clan who were talking amongst themselves about how good the food was.   “it’s our first time at a festival in this town thanks to Tsubasa, so we’re pretty excited! everything the food smells so nice~ it’s no wonder you have a full house! I’m not sure what I want yet. you can go first, Tsubasa.”

(🎑) Our muses go to a night festival together.

“Thank you for coming, Elena!” Tsubasa chirped. Pikarigaoka was holding a festival at night, so Tsubasa was curious, but she wasn’t expecting Elena to come when she’d told her about the event. It was still nice to have a friend accompany her though!

“So what should we do first? I think Yuko’s helping run a food stall over there!” Tsubasa asked, pointing to the direction of said food stall. She loved how the stalls were lit up at night– it gave the festival a totally different look from the ones held during the day! Ah, she couldn’t wait to see the fireworks!

“thank you for inviting me!” she was afraid of having to turn down Tsubasa’s invite, but thankfully, things worked out in their favor! even Elena’s family decided to attend the festival. “we should go say hi to Yuko first. in fact, I think I see my parents there already.” she was sure her father was chatting up a storm & couldn’t help but chuckle.

it’s a noun meaning the warmth of the sun in winter!I thought it was a pretty word & reminded me about how Elena’s smile & whole vibe is a comfort to so many people, similar to how the warm light of the sun is comforting to me even when it’s winter. it’s always a reminder that warm & sunny days are to come around again c:

They had a wonderful day, and Starfire was delighted that Elena enjoyed it as much. She giggled to the comment of the pizza, eagerly nodding to confirm that she thought so too, before clasping her hands together happily to the suggestion.

“Oh yes, a glorious idea! It is a good time for the resting, and we have seen much of the city already!” So since that was, at least somewhat, done, it would be good to go to the Tower next. She wanted to show it to Elena, and oh Silkie could meet her and Fuwa, too! Maybe her friends could, too, if they were around!

Since both of them were finished, Starfire got up from her seat now, spiralling around herself once or twice excitedly before actually starting to hover into the right direction to get off of the Pizza Corner Restaurant’s balcony. “The way there should not be taking long!”

“let’s go, Fuwa!” she carefully puts on her backpack & begins to follow Starfire’s lead. just before they leave, Elena hears Starfire’s name being said. curious, she turns to the two young men watching Starfire with sparkles in their eyes. that’s right! here, the Teen Titans were well known super heros! it was only natural that Starfire would have some fans. it was a change of pace for Elena not to be the center of attention for once. that’s not to say that she didn’t appreciate the love, of course.  "someone’s quite popular!" her attention trails off to a little girl waving for Star's attention. it puts a smile on Elena's face. the positive impact Starfire & her friends had on this city was clear as day. even if they don’t have fans or can let their identities be known, Elena hopes she & her team are making such positive impacts to her town as well. "it must be a more laid back experience for you since you don’t need a secret identity. you can just be yourself...”

Kappard smirked slyly and leapt up in the air. The fire just barely missed his foot. “Augh!” He grunted evasively. “You brat!” He moved his hand over the jewel on his forehead, summoning a stream of water from it.

with a back flip she’s able to dodge his head on attack. so he insists on keeping his distance from her. very well. if he won’t come to her, she’ll go to him! with her enhanced strength, she launches herself off the ground & launches herself upward like a shooting star. "Kappard!" now she closes the gap between them, aiming at his face with her flaming fist.

Nodding along, Starfire was glad to skip on the empty part of the city. It was definitely not one of her favourite spots, and in addition to just being sad, in a way, there also was how it was strongly connected to the fight the team had with Trigon - a thing that brought certain worries up. It was better to skip the area.

“A most wonderful planning, indeed! It will give us a glorious day of outside-activity!” Or well, maybe not as much ‘activity’ per se if they’d walk and talk, mostly, but it would still be a day outside, and that was great.

For a moment, she looked around, to make out into which direction they would need to go for the park, before having located it and turning to Elena again, gesturing into the right direction. “Then let us begin! The park is located in that direction!”

to Elena’s delight, the park was just as beautiful & filled with activity as the one back at home. seeing children play & have fun with their families brought a smile to her face. she wished she could let Fuwa stretch her stubby legs as well. she can only imagine how cramped it must feel in her backpack for a hyperactive little one.  the three explored from one end of the park to the other up until Fuwa’s tummy started rumbling again. Elena couldn’t help but giggle when her stomach began to rumble as well, which meant it was time for pizza!  ~

“if our town has the best donuts, then Starfire’s city has the best pizza!” she says with a satisfied sigh, sliding back into her chair a bit. “what do you say, Starfire? should we head to your tower now? my feet could use the rest after the park walk.”

The green-skinned turtle man, smirked and hopped atop a gray and purple flying saucer. As the Notrei kept Soleil busy, he hovered above and around her. He smirked down at her, summoning his lazer blade.

“I think you’re the one who should give up. YOu’re little pretty cure friends aren’t coming to help you.”

"at least I’m willing to stand up on my own!” she shoots back, gesturing to his lackeys. “come down & fight!” with great force, she fires a fireball with intent to knock him down from his high position.

Even though Tamami had said that she didn’t want any help, She felt a little relieved at sharing what was bothering her. Her mother had been right in saying that “If there is something that weighs heavy on your heart and mind, tell someone you trust, so they can carry the burden with you, if at all possible.”.

So, with a sense of good fortune she didn’t expect to feel at all today, Tamami stood up from where she sat, and gestured for Elena to walk ahead of her.

“If you know where we’re headed, please, lead the way.”

& so, Elena lead Tamami straight to their secret location: their space ship. as usual, the CPU greeted Elena & her guest & informed them that they were the only ones present at this time. “Even Fuwa & Purunse are out? well, in any case,” she said gesturing for Tamami to enter. “have a seat. would you like a beverage? donuts? one usually thinks better with a quenched thirst & a satisfied tummy.” she had to admit she was craving a donut after the long school day.

“Augh!” Kappard covered his eyes as a burst of steam whizzed in his face. The force was great enough that the turtle-man was knocked off his feet. He flailed his arms and legs, desperately trying to get off his back. “Hellp me, you idiots!” At the order, the nottrei surrounded their master, assisting his back to is feet.

A low growl left Kappard’s lips. It was embarrassing, being caught on his back, especially by a precure! He pointed his finger at Cure Soleil, commanding his mooks to attack.

“Get her!”

as silly as these foes could be at times, one would still be a fool to underestimate them. as quickly as she could, Soleil pushed herself back onto her feet. with no room, the Nottrei were right back to barraging her with attacks. Soleil snaps her fingers, sparking flames from her finger tips. She then spins her body with stunning speed, making the fire form a hula hoop that burned hotter & spread wider. if the Nottrei didn’t want to get burned, they had no choice but to back off.

“Well, it’s at least a start to knowing magic. I mean, I can use aura.“ He said as he light his right hand ablaze, for a second. “But it’s like an evolved version of magic. Like how apes somehow evolved to humans, magic in my world evolved into aura. I am just the majority of the people uses aura. A good friend of mine uses magic as she was born with it thanks to her mother being the goddess of life and death. I know she’s at a huge advantage when it comes to firing magic projectiles towards aura users, so I want to see what also works for her and also have an alternative way to help protect people, you see?“

The more Maroon said that, the more he thinks he sound weird. But nevertheless, Elena is one he trust with this as of now.

“Well, either way, you seemed to have full control of your powers like you know what you’re doing with it. So that’s why I asked.“

a goddess of life & death? now Elena was really feeling out of the league. well, the Star Princesses could technically be considered goddesses in their own way too, right? & she was gifted her abilities from them so perhaps there could be a way... 

hearing Maroon’s resolve put a smile on Elena’s face. "I understand completely. the day I had become a PreCure was when I decided I would put myself in harm’s way to protect the smiles of everyone. so long as one has a pure heart, I believe anything is possible. alright, Maroon. I’ll help you learn magic best I can!” she decided to start with the basics & took out her Star Color Pendant. “the only difference between you & I is that you don’t need a special item to utilize any of your powers so let’s take this outside.” thankfully, their rocket was stationed in a secluded area & the surrounding area was spacious enough. “Star Color Pendant! Star Color Charge!” with her song & dance, Elena was transformed into the PreCure of the Sun. with a snap of her fingers, her hand was engulfed in magic sunfire, just as Maroon’s was earlier.

“there. like this, it all comes naturally as if I’ve always had it. we Star Twinkle PreCure utilize the magic of the Star Princesses of the twelve Zodiac, though I’m the only of my team who can use the power of the Sun, so that’s the only magic I can teach you.”

Tamami sighed deeply, trying to think of a way to turn down Elena’s offer of help politely, but found out that she couldn’t. She had to tell someone, and here was a person who was not only willing to listen, but one who would understand what she was going through. She sighed a second time …

“Fine, but please don’t get more involved in this than you have to. I think this is an problem I have to solve on my own, and it’s also …, well, you know …” Tamami pulled back the sleeve of her left arm, revealing what, to a normal person, would look like a regular charm bracelet. But any fellow Precure would probably instantly recognize the charms attached to the bracelet as Cure Decors. “ … the secret business.”

“This ‘issue’ I’m facing …” she began, trying to be as cryptic as possible so no eavesdroppers, accidental or otherwise, would know what she was talking about. “ … it’s alive. I wouldn’t exactly call her ‘alive’.” She quickly corrected herself. “But she’s definitely sentient, and supposedly, very, VERY evil.”

a Cure Decor! just like the Smile PreCure. now that she knows it’s that type of situation, Elena was sure she’d have no choice but to get all the way involved. they are both PreCure after all. their goals were common & she hated to see anyone seem so burdened. understanding to be more discreet on the matter, she gives a simple nod & speaks with a low tone.  “I know somewhere we can further discuss this safely...” she had the rocket in mind, the place where all their meetings were held. “there I can gather my team & we can all handle this together.”
