my mom got surgery and cant work anymore . me also being disabled means we now have no income and are facing eviction and maybe homelessness.

wanted to make a quick thank you post .. everyone is being so supportive and a lot more people are donating than i initally thought. im really touched by everyones kindness . knowing ill be able to feed the cats, myself and my mom is really taking off a huge load off.
a bit of good news: we sued the social service that was refusing to pay out the money we applied for, despite meeting requirements (in short) and won. that means we got a bit of money back from them.
it was just enough to pay for another month of rent ! though we arent quite sure if were set for the near future.
again, id like to thank everyone so so much for helping out. i really really appreciate all of it and im so grateful. <3
