Apple PB Oat cookies

Ingredients

1 cup banana or all purpose flour - 388

1 cup oats - 300

1/2tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2c waldens maple syrup, honey, etc

1/2 cup peanut butter powder (as pb) - 180

1/4c unsweetened applesauce- 25

1 egg - 72

1 tsp vanilla

1 small diced apple - 60

Directions

Preheat oven 325F. Line two baking sheets w parchment

In a large bowl, combine flour, oat, baking soda and flour, salt cinnamon and nutmeg.

In medium whisk syrup, peanut butter, applesauce, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry to wet in 3 parts and store in apples.

Drop by 1/2tbsp onto sheets and bake 11-13 minutes.
