35-Calorie Hot Chocolate
Servings: 1 - 35kcal
2 cups (480mL) unsweetened cashew milk
2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
12 drops vanilla crème stevia, or to taste
3 drops peppermint extract (optional)
1. Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan, and whisk together until the cocoa powder is mostly incorporated. Cook over medium-low heat, whisking frequently, for 3-5 minutes or until warmed through. Pour into mugs and enjoy.
Notes: Any milk or sweetener may be substituted for the cashew milk and vanilla crème stevia. The stevia brand used in the original recipe is Sweetleaf.
Snowball Donuts - 55 kcal/1.1g protein
Servings - 20 mini donuts - 55kcal/1.1 protein each
2/3 cup milk of choice
1 1/2 tsp white or cider vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp oil (or banana, applesauce, or almond butter for oil-free)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup spelt, white, or oat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar (or xylitol for sugar-free)
1/4 tsp salt
powdered sugar or sugar-free powdered sugar
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first four ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a mini (or regular) donut pan or mini muffin tin. In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except the powdered sugar, and stir well. Pour wet into dry, stir until just evenly mixed, and immediately pour into the donut pan. Bake 8 minutes, then allow to cool completely before removing from the trays. Pour the powdered sugar into a deep bowl, then either dip the doughnuts into the bowl or simply sprinkle powdered sugar over the tops.
Low Calorie Popsicles/Ice Cream Bars
So these are the ones that I just bought the other day. They are actually lower calorie than I had remembered.
They're pretty small, but personally they are the perfect fix for my sugar cravings and I don't feel bad if I decided to go ahead and have 2.
Here are some other options that I found online that may be available depending on where you live:

just a tip, but use myfitnesspal!! follow your macros! do the seven day trial and find what your fat:carbs:protein ratio is and even if you are on high restriction, make the things you eat in a day match that ratio, it helps TONS.
i love you all so much, and good luck! we can get through this together <3

Low Calorie Frozen Treats Part 2!
if i say (ca) this means the product is only available in canada.
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
(ca) space pops + ice pops
when you think of an amazing low calorie brand you think of no name, canada's famous cheap ass stale ass amazing food brand
but no kidding. these are a miracle.
they're only 60 CALORIES for a HUGE popsicle.
astronomical 👏👏👏 (i have no idea what that word means but it came to my mind for some reason).
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
cyclone pops (available anywhere)
70 calories for a pretty big popsicle! ive never tried them but they look nice.
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
(ca) skyr bars
if you want more of an ice-cream type bar, then these are for you! yes, quite a few calories, but ice cream bars come with even more so these are decent!
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
(ca) more lolly bars
both 40 calories per pop!
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
(ca) ice cream bar that i have mixed feelings abt
i have mixed feelings about this cause who puts ice cream in a fruit bar? anyways its still ice cream and only 80 calories for a decent sized bar (better than the 260 calories on others) so that's fine i guess...
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
actual ice cream bar that's a bit high in calories but still fine (available anywhere)
yes, 100 cals per 60 ml is a bit much but still pretty good. this time they're actual ice cream bars so that makes up for the calorie overload.
plus this has 95 calories less than an avg. 60 ml ice cream bar be grateful
◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠◡◠
if i find more, i'll make a part 3! but that's it for today.
thanks! bye <3333
