I feel like, we as a community, need to talk about how weird it was that Alvar immediately jumped to bunking with Keefe in Neverseen

He's a 30 year old man, and yeah, Fitz is cuddly- get not wanting to bunk with him- but to immediately jump to "Okay then let me bunk with his 14 year old friend HES known for like 2-3 years" is WILD.

I promise you it was because he was desperate for conversation. You think giggly Brant rocking back and forth, Genthen whose *SIDE EYE*, Gisela *BIGGER SIDE EYE* and Fintan was good company? Absolutely not. I’m sure their interactions were just shady insults and fighting each other. Keefe was probably the only person who acted like a person.

This would make sense, but considering Alvar is Neverseen, and had been for years, it would make more logical sense if he had known about the Lodestar Initiative to some extent, and was more curious about Keefe, given their advantageous proximity.
