ive been having at least 1 and at most 3 tutors every single day this summer along with SO MUCH homework and also charity work and im js so stressed bc i have to take the SAT in a few weeks and i freaking lost my mind today and binged so bad 😵 idk why i cannot resist sweets… 😭 i still have sm hw to finish but ive given up atp even tho i have another class in 20mins and im js marinating in my guilt🥲

does anyone know how to recover from a binge?? should i js walk 10,000+ steps?? help pls
