He's noticed it slowly over time. The way SHINee appeared to skyrocket overnight, how people began to notice them more and more, causing Taemin to become... self-conscious. He's struggled most of his life with the feeling of not being perfect, of being the weakest of the SHINee group of five. He was either too skinny, too big, too muscular, or too lean. He couldn't find himself or find someone to be until he went solo and established himself as more than SHINee's Taemin. Ace. SHINee's ACE. He admits he started to get greedy, wanting and living off the praise, and it wasn't to hard to notice the shift, between Taemin and the idol Taemin. Then somehow the two became one and it was only after Move did Taemin realized his impact. How many times had he have people come up to him and say he was their reason to be an idol, that they wanted to be like h i m.

It terrifies him and if he was honest it'd been harder to control his urges, his needs and wants. He shoved them to min, he shoved them off on another so he could continue to be perfect. Their perfect and beloved Taemin who can do no wrong-

Everything had happened so fast: Losing his best friend, SuperM, His hyungs going to the military, NGDA and Criminal and then from Criminal, he went to Heaven and then advice...the cumulation of it all left for all to witness in his stages, in his lyrics. He was unhinged and then he had been made to go and do his own time. It was hell and now he was in a downfall, spiraling out of control as the urges started again and this time no one was there to help ground him.

Now, now as he looks at the one holding him, he's not sure how or when but he was taken away. Wrapped tight in a blanket with strong arms keeping him from thrashing about because gods it's so loud and that's why he's been tasked with civil work. ---The days he counts down are far too many and he at least has his cat, he can at least have the safety of his home to indulge in the cruelest of pleasures, marring pretty skin. He wanted an escape. he had to blame someone... so he chose Min. Min was easy to target. Just as he became a ray of light for people to cling too, just like kpop was able to provide a shining ray of hope to dispel negative emotions...min was there to enforce them, to punish him for every time he failed and it's evident when his partner comes to check on him and the other is clearly underweight, not worryingly so, but it's close to it. "You didn't warn me you would be visiting."
