Can the anti-lgbt part of the scp foundation fandom PLEASE shut up???

I’m so so mad. There’s actually a very big part of the scp community that is anti-lgbt and I just don’t understand why ???

Well I have some news for you buddy, the moment you think lgbt is automatically something purely sexual then you are homophobic.

We’re not :) We only want to have our own safe place, where we can enjoy our own stuff and spread positivity :) We’re not forcing you to look at lgbt scp content :) You’re here by your own choice :)))

Well, you do know that there are MANY humans working there right?! And that a lot of entities are sentient and DO have a gender/sexuality right!? THEN THERE’S A BIG CHANCE THAT THERE ARE LGBT INDIVIDUALS TOO. BECAUSE THAT’S HOW NORMAL POPULATION WORK, THERE’S ALWAYS A LGBT PART.

1) Who said that the scp foundation was serious all the time???? Do you even know the scp jokes concept? The many many jokes on the site??? The official scp account on tumblr??? You do know that scp is not supposed to be serious all the time right?
2) Lgbt can lead to extremely serious and interesting topics. The struggle of people and discrimination, homophobia, transphobia, the constant sexualization of lgbt people, the rejections, the hate, transitions, coming out, fear of exposing yourself, literal genocide of lgbt people,….. And many, many more.
Lgbt is not just a place where we design flags and shout “GAY RIGHTS!” all the time. It is a safe place to people that are rejected from society. It is a place where we learn to accept ourselves and others just as we are.
So please, do everyone a favor, and if you are disagreeing with lgbt scp:
SIMPLY AVOID IT, GO YOUR OWN WAY, AND LEAVE US ALONE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
