Most Likely Sometime in May?

I'm going to be saving up some money to buy myself a new tablet. It's not going to be anything super fancy, but since my old one is no longer supported and the cord is pretty much busted (I've had this thing for about six years, so there's no getting around the fact that it's outdated as hell) I'm gonna get a new one to actually do art stuff.

What this means: Actual art uploads because I won't have to wrestle with my scanner which is older than my now non-functioning tablet and manages to make everything that I think is at least halfway decent look awful. Also actual webcomic sketches! My boyfriend and I are currently messing around with concept art and story ideas for our upcoming webcomic, whose name I shall not yet mention. But once I get my tablet, I can start making pages and doing concept sketches for later chapters.

Now welcoming the latest to the Ice Arts family: Vanessa the grumpy misnamed koala. He prefers Van, but just can't seem to get his friends to stop hassling him just because some dumb zookeeper thought he was female and named him Vanessa.

I recently got out of a slump, so life lesson: When life pelts you with lemons, say "fuck you" and try to cheer up. It helps a lot, even if it's hard to do.
