Here’s a short film - based on Future Trunks’ story from DBZ. Makes DBZ-Evolution even more ridiculous considering the low budget this was clearly made on. Its a faithful retelling and is a good watch, you should definitely give it a look.

I love space.
Chicago based DinnerWithJohn is delivering some fresh rhymes in this new EP - DinnerWithVibes.
Check it, and his other work out at: https://soundcloud.com/dinnerwithjohn/sets/dinnerwithvibes
Listen to this! Fresh EP from Newham lad kwollem. Grime with a softer touch - very nice. New and interesting!

Today’s collection comes from a fine, London based label called Stamp the Wax. Who’ve been delivering solid house music in the smoke for years now - always solid performer.
Today is their Soundcloud playlist of, what I believe, is every song they’ve pressed on their label? But could be wrong.
Anyways, great collection of dance music, spanning into future r&b / alt pop. And probably even further afield - I’m only 8 or so tracks in. But is definitely worth a listen.
Been a few days without a post as I’ve actually been busy at work! Let’s remedy that, shall we?
Today’s music recommendation comes in the form of CHCKLK a musician from Long Island who’s released a new track, Young Boy, and it is amazing. I thoroughly suggest you check it out.
Draws that lovely line between R&B and Hip Hop that I love so much.

A lovely series, named Freaks Alphabet, from Paris based Studio My Name is Wendy.
According to the Studio: The Freaks Alphabet is a series of letterforms created from a catalog of vector shapes and design sketches.
25!
I didn’t need to listen to much of this before realising it’d definitely worth posting - Blvnt Records deliver again with a stunning Beattape from G Mills.
Can’t find any info on him - but it’s jazzy, wonky goodness.
Check it out.
Some fine, fine wonk hop instrumentals from Blvnt Records standard bearer, DRWN.
I haven’t got a huge amount of time for artists who feel the need to remove letter from their names. But this is good music... yes yes.
Nice collection of script logos - good for reference.
Jay Prince – lad from London making some major international moves with his brand of very well put together hip hop. The production is stunning!

Escher!
I found this glorious number through a mix put up from the previous artist - SASHAMARIE.
My man’s name is Goldlink - rapper delivering some fierce lyricism over a particularly bouncy track here. He’s got a good, lengthy back catalogue that I cannot recommend enough. Definitely check him out.

I was fortunate enough this afternoon to stumble upon this fine songstress. SASHAMARIE creates some very current sounds - feels a little poppy, folky, indie-y.... hmm, cant quite put my finger on a genre for it. But it’s a lovely listen.
