UPDATE YOUR PROFILE...

Since we just shipped out our Spring Cleaning Craveboxes - we wanted to do a little "cleaning" of our own. Well, we want you guys to clean up your Cravebox profiles!

And because cleaning isn't always the most fun, we decided to up the ante - we're doing another sweeps! Pinterest Steps - McCormick's Recipes

To make Pinning your very own McCormick’s recipes (or recreations of the ones we send you) easy as 1, 2, 3... we have written up this step by step blog post WITH screen shots to demonstrate each step of the way! Now, follow along, and get Pinning!

**Please note: The instructions are slightly different depending on if you are using the Southwest or Moroccan seasonings in your recipe**

If you’re using the Southwest Perfect Pinch Seasoning, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Take a pic of your completed meal/recipe

Step 2: Login to Pinterest

Step 3: Follow Cravebox and McCormick Spice on Pinterest: http://pinterest.com/cravebox/, http://pinterest.com/mccormickspices/

Step 4: Hover over your name towards the top right of the page, and on the dropdown menu select “Add Pin”

Step 5: Upload the pic of your recipe from either a file on your computer or a website link

Step 6: Select the board you would like to pin it to (one of your own boards)

Step 7: Add a description of your recipe (specifically, the recipe name, the McCormick’s spice used, and your own description of the dish) to the caption of your Pin

Step 8: Tag “@cravebox” and “@mccormickspices” – without the quotation marks at the end of the pin (once you start typing it our name should appear and you can click on it) **please note: you must follow both of us to tag us**

Step 9: Add the hashtag: #CLFastMeals

Step 10: Click “Pin it”

Step 11: Find this pin that @cravebox pinned on the "Cooking Light Cravings" board, repin it, and comment on it once your recipe has been successfully pinned!

If you’re using the McCormick’s Moroccan Seasoning, the only steps that change are 8 & 9.

Girls' Night In - Let the Fun Begin!

In honor of our upcoming ‘Girls’ Night In’ Cravebox – I thought it would be a little fun to share with you what my girlfriends and I do for the infamous “Girls’ Night In” (GNI) – and I’d love to hear what you and your BFFs do as well!

Ah, Girls’ Night In. Something every woman looks forward to and something every man fantasizes about… (Like, seriously? We do not romp around in our bras and underwear, having pillow fights on GNI – get real). Miley Cyrus even wrote a song about this special occasion – evidence that even the Tweens are getting in on the fun!

My College roommates and I looked forward to having GNI’s all the time! Sometimes we just got tired of the bar scene and wanted to do something a little different and more low-key. Here are the key ingredients for our GNI’s:

-Sweats/PJ’s (your choice – there is no judging allowed on GNI)

-Gone With the Wind DVD (Oh, Rhett Butler – swoon!)

-Mike’s Hard Lemonade

-Franzia (college kids, you know?)

-Mixed Drinks

-Chips and Guac

-Popcorn

-Delivery/Takeout food (Chinese, Pizza, or Jimmy John’s usually)

My Sorority Sisters and I would even take it to the next level and have “The Bachelor/Bachelorette” viewing parties in our living room! (Imagine – at least 50+ girls crammed in a living room squealing every time a rose is given out… ultimate GNI material).

So, what do you and your girls like to do on your GNI? Do you watch movies or your favorite TV shows? Do you have a “spa night” and pamper each other with your favorite beauty goodies? Pig out on your favorite snacks? Let us know! GNI UNITE!
