Also, fun fact, the movies show the divide between humans and mutants as an allegory for the LGBT+ civil rights movement going on now.

Making the right decisions, money issues, relationship issues, etc. etc. X-men have always been about discrimination. Whether it’s Race, gender, or sexual orientation.
