I have quite bad atychiphobia, perfectionism, and anxiety, so I don't do ask games nor tag games that often. I still do them occasionally, but most of the time I don't participate. These things also cause me to not act like myself sometimes, but I promise it's still me :).

my oc is still in the works, but I have a paragraph explaining her (also putting a cut bc it is really long)
Her name is Iara Fernandes, but the newsies call her Squeaks. She was born on November 15, 1888. She is from Cananéia, Brazil, and had just moved to New York with her mom for better opportunities. On a train ride she was with her mom when she was about 9, she got distracted looking out the window and didn’t realize her mom had left her. Then, she got off at the next stop. She didn’t speak much English yet, but luckily for her she met a newsie who just so happened to speak Spanish, Jojo. Portuguese and Spanish are quite similar, so he was able to help her. Once they got to the lodge she wouldn’t talk at all, and mostly stayed covering her ears for the first few days because it was always too loud. Because of the language barrier, if she needed something she would mostly communicate in just random noises or squeaks, hence the name, Squeaks. Once she realized that she was safe there, her cocky and snarky personality started to show. She is a very smart girl, in the way that she always knows when something is wrong or right. She can read people’s faces like words in a book, and can always say the right things to get what she wants. She is friendly with everyone, but she is really close with Buttons and Finch (and my friends oc, Lou Lou!). Squeaks also has a lot of separation anxiety, because of what happened with her mom, so when Jack left them and Crutchie got taken away, she had a shutdown. She didn’t talk for the next few days, and resorted back to her hidden personality. Anyways, thats what I have so far!
