Karr and Kitt both hate water, for different reasons:

See Karr who was trapped at a beach for 2 years would probably dislike it. Now pair that with the fact of instead of figuring the logistics on how to swim, he's more focused on the fact that it's trying to pull him under- water-

Now, Kitt who had a literal acid bath would probably hate being submerged in ANY kind of liquid regardless of how harmless it is.

They also are both horrible swimmers to begin with.

Kro hates summer:

Simple. Technically melted down once... (ish- shh that's why its an AU it didn't kill him), Hot days are scary. What if he melts?

He also hates cute little bonfires and barbecues.
