You saw a few videos about it online, so you decided to give it a try on Tim, not anything inherently freaky but just something to make your day. You clicked your tongue eveytime he would show you affection, and after a month it ended up working
You would click your tongue and he'd come running to wrap his arms around you and smother you with kisses
When he found out, he found it cute. Concerned at first but he ended up not making a big deal out of it, seeing how it was harmless

You then shortened ot to just saying kiss, till all it took was clicking your tongue and he'd come running to kiss you

Clicker training this asshole was not a walk in the park because it took months of excruciating patience just so you could get him to do the most simple task
You getting him to kiss you on the cheek without him making a diss at you was a marathon itself, but— NO PAIN NO GAIN!!! HIGH RISK, VERY HIGH REWARD WE TAMING THAT MOTHER FUCKER
He is just pissed at himself for falling for it when he finds out he was being clicker tried and hated that his mind immediately looks for you the moment he even hears something remotely similar to that clicking noise you made

Clicker training him was not that hard actually, you would get him to show you affection whenever you made that clicking noise, which he would do anyways if you just asked him like a normal person
When he finds out you've been clicker training him, he actually found it cute how you successfully did it. He then praised you for being smart, cause clicker training him without him finding out was not easy

You clicker trained him to calm the fuck down btw. In the middle of some rant? Click your tongue and he'll just pause before sitting down next to you. Screaming someone off? Click. Here’s the catch. Kate does like reader but mostly struggles with her feelings and what not, plus Slender sickness being in the way a bit which acts up a bit more around reader (idk how I haven’t really thought that much into that bit) so she gets kinda embarrassed around reader??? And Reader who is a new proxy but just cannot miss anything. Going from a gun to something like throwing a pebble she just will not miss. However she only misses every possible sign that Kate likes her and that she even likes Kate!
