"U-Uh, yes, You’re on my property. If you continue east, the river is were my property ends, But if you go to the road, you’ll be able to find the next town."
She’s a bit cautious. He reminds her of Mr. Ice if not for his height and hair color. She wonders if she should offer him a ride to the main town
He nods slowly, turning around to glance behind him, apparently those weren't tight scaled trousers he was wearing, his tail all the more visible from behind, drooped with his uncertainty.
Once or twice he starts on his way then reconsiders, and simply ends up pacing backwards and forwards.
"Excuse me but... what time is it?"
An odd question, but the sky these days could turn bright just as quickly as it turned dark.
He’s sorely disappointed, giving the other man a sulky face. Dio checks the fridge and finds a single vial of blood which he downs immediately, a grimace on his face when the blood just stays at the bottom of his stomach instead of getting absorbed. Perhaps he should look for one that is the same type as his master’s. After that he simply returns to his new spot, curious how this peculiar version oh his master will entertain him for the remaining sunlit hours.
He seems quite... passive, at least at the moment, and as the temperature drops with the evening, like the loyal lap dog [lizard] he is, he flops down in front of the fireplace to keep warm. He doesn't sleep like he usually would, although his eyes do keep flicking to the door, both hoping his mate would be home soon and hoping she wouldn't catch him bringing in 'strays'.

Sweet god what a large man. She tries not to gawk up at him. Instead staring at his torso…politely?
"G-Good Evening, Sir…Roberta E. O. Speedwagon at your service."
He thinks he knows that name and voice... but he dismisses it for now. Has he wandered too far from home?
"....Good evening, I think I lost my way..."
Definitely not familiar at all, in chasing away trespassers it seems he's become one himself.
"What? Unless you are keeping live stock hidden somewhere in the house there’s nothing to eat and I am not sure if I want risking going out right now."
He finds himself a good spot to perch himself, curiously looking around himself. "Besides, my diet mainly consists of…well… yous?"
Another growl sounds at that.
"Well you can't have 'mes'."
They don't really keep anything blood related in the house, perhaps a vial or two in the fridge for emergencies.
"....Try the fridge."
"Of course of course…" He hardly cares if a yet unknown mistress gets mad at him, by the time she finds some of her clothes are gone Dio is going to be as far away from this cursed place as he can.
"Your kind do not strike me as the most subtle kind of men…" And he doesn’t mean the dino kind, more like, big stubborn and with a surname generally associated with temperatures below zero kind. The fresh clothes don’t change the fact that he still stinks like the wrong end of a dinosaur and on top of that he didn’t eat anything since god knows when, his misadventure only serving to make his hunger all the more prominent. So he does one and only thing he knows tends to work on his master, puppy eyes and a pout, followed with an unhappy mewl. "…hungry…"
Of course he's irritated to see this odd stranger in his mate's clothes, and soon after entering the house he changes his lower half back into that of a dinosaur.
"Then eat something?"
He seems confused. Perhaps because he tends to devour prey whole the need for drinking blood directly doesn't occur to him, despite his vampire state. He knows how attractive a neck can look, whether that's a vampire instinct or simply a predatory one... is hard to say.
"As far as I am aware, your kind is long gone and forgotten, in my world at least. All the more reasons to try and bring back your species to their former glory, hmm? Ever thought of little scaly Vanillas running around and demanding food? I know my master have, thus my current state…"
His eyes shift to the sky slowly becoming a lighter shade of blue. "You sure don’t want to invite me inside and offer some dry clothes as a re-compensation?"
He growls lowly.
"I have considered it... She seems willing, but I don't want to force anything."
He comments, an unsure air about him. Soon he ushers the vampire inside.
"....Go on. If she gets mad at me it's your fault."
Ushering is more of a push and shove, he can tell by scent Dio was one of his separate 'species'. The comment about Dio's body seems to go right over this one's head, he's far too innocent to catch on to something like that.
Dio scratches his chin thinking over all the new information. He’s not sure if that ‘Diegita’ is someone he wants to meet. However, something else catches his attention, and he cocks his head, staring a bit more intently.
"…was? Are the two of you the last one of your species?"
"I don't know. I haven't seen any others like it."
There might be others, as Diegita explained it before those 'alternates' exist and she saw no reason her own wouldn't be part dinosaur as well. However, if he simply counted himself and her, as a whole... it would just be the two of them.
"When you put it like that, it sounds sad."
Well that makes two of them who usually don’t give a damn about the clothes and Dio more or less looses interest. He notices some minor differences to the ‘real deal’ but he seems mostly unfazed.
"I cannot decide whether I am disappointed or relieved my master is different in this regard." The shapeshifting regard of course.
"Everyone was like this where I was from. They're hard to find around here though, I just know Diegita who can do it as well."
He thinks for a moment.
"Wait... I think she can turn people into dinosaurs. I don't know how you've earned that privilege though."
He huffs, still a bit upset about losing his snack.
He shakes his head, oh god he doesn’t prefer the dinosaur. Considering his recent adventures with body swapping, a persistent thought pops in his head.
"Where can I get it?" The dinosaur body that would fit him of course.
"Get what?"
It takes some time, but then he catches on.
"....My body? It's mine. My power is... 'shape shifting' I think you would call it."
Just to be sure Dio's fully aware that his body can be [almost] 100% human... He reverts fully, just retaining the scutes along his split jaw and the jagged teeth.
Unfortunately, Dio also gets a full frontal from someone who honestly doesn't care too much for clothes. Thankfully it's just one and not two.
