At this age if you don't have an LLC, a driving license, passport, a bachelor's, Extensive knowledge in gut health, first aid, sewing and homekeeping, can't swim, sign language and at least intermediate in two foreign languages (GER/ MANDARIN being one of them), jiu jitsu or some sort of martial art discipline, play a musical instrument, a programming language and put down at least 1000$ in investments what are you even doing with your life? No really, where do your 14 hours per day go to? What even is your future? Like do you even have a plan? A purpose? Why do you even wake up? For what? How do you even sleep? Seriously I'm so curious, what's your plan? You have like 8 more years of energy in you, you know this right? As you age your energy levels drop? This is your energetic prime you do know this dontcha? Do you think 40 year old you cares about your excuses? How do you think she feels about your little scrolling addiction? Honestly do you think she cares that your daddy was broke lmao? How will you explain to her not having a summer home in Majorca by 30? How will you explain to your kids not having an Aston Martin by the time they're 19? Does this not bother you? Your posture, your banana back really does not bother you at allll? These things don't bother you? You really are not extremely petrified by the idea of not having a horse farm in Gstaad by 35? WDYM you scrolled all day how will you explain this to 30 year old you, how do you explain no you have to hustle because I was on my bed all day and you need meds because i was eating trash and we are not buying a first class ticket to Singapore when we get stressed we just cry in our little apartment - do you not think about these things???????? WDYM you're not spending your early 20s hustling like you'll die if you don't does an apartment in Highrise Japan mean nothing to you omg. Wdym you're not in prme health you are in your 20s????? Do you think you'll die tomorrow? Like do you not know you have a future? This is really how you'll spend your youth??????

Hello and welcome to this new post of mine! I will give you a reading on how this person would react when feeling ignored. I hope you guys enjoy and find this interesting.

Pile 1:
They would immediately notice if youβd start ignoring them since they arenβt that confident about themselves; especially the relationship with you, often wondering if they deserve you, are handsome enough for you, kind enough for you etc.
Due to this insecurity they wouldnβt do anything at the beginning, scared that they might be imagining things; they would be keeping quiet for a while to see what they feel like is happening is exactly happening. They simply want to make sure not to come to you with troubles that donβt actually exist, not wishing to bother you for no reason.
The moment they do realise you are ignoring them and it isnβt just their mind playing games they would come to you when the time is right to ask if they did something wrong, what is bothering you and if they can do something about it. They would definitely assume they did something that made you react that way.
Pile 2:
They would notice pretty quickly if you would ignore them, and immediately come up to you to ask what your problem is. They donβt like beating around the bush and using different tactics to avoid confrontation and problems that have arose. In their mind, if you keep everything quiet it will only get worse along the way and they donβt have the energy for that.
This is why your they would immediately talk to you, no matter the time or place, to figure out whatβs going on. It wouldnβt matter to them whether it were on a party, a special dinner, or a theme park. They would take you away from the festivities to a place semi-private and confront you on what is going on to make you react that way. Your future spouse would also see you ignoring them as a way to get them jealous.
Pile 3:
Your specific person would give you the space that you need when you start ignoring them. Most of the time they know it might not even be something they did. So theyβd give you time and space, as much as you need, before talking to you again. Your future spouse knows that if they did something to make you mad, sad, jealous or annoyed, they know you would eventually come to them to talk; but only if you feel comfortable and confident to do so (something that would come at some point, as long as theyβd give you space to).
If they actually did something that got you to react that way they would be incredibly understanding and apologize on the matter the moment youβd speak up about it and give you even more space if needed. They know you prefer to be on your own (sometimes) when processing your thoughts and emotions, and that space is something they will always give if thatβs what you request.
centering and grounding
(as a disclaimer, this is an excerpt from my arcane compendium -book of shadows, grimoire, etc. - and thus a reflection of my beliefs and practices. you do not have to agree with my views or practice in the same way i do)
centering
centering is the act of bringing attention to yourself. this is something that can be done as part of a mindfulness practice on its own, but it can also be done prior to doing any magical workings.
during this process, you can take a moment to set your intentions for a working. this technique is good to use when you need to bring attention back to your body and discover what you might need or what you are feeling (for example: when your feel mentally disconnected, dazed, or are dissociating). centering can be as short as taking a few breaths, cleaning oneself, gathering and writing down your thoughts/intentions or as long an intensive meditation session. the goal of centering is to bring awareness to the bodyβs state.
grounding
grounding is bringing attention to the physical bodyβs state. this can be a good way to disperse βenergyβ and stabilize when your body is in a heighten state.
this is something that can be done at the end of a working as a way to bring your attention to the physical world. it can also be a good technique to use if you are feeling physically disconnected, anxious, or any other feeling that requires reestablishing stability.
a grounding practice might look like bring yourself into the present and recognizing a connection with the 5 physical senses, meditating, participating in movement or literally just standing barefoot outside.

Tip: The more you repeat the more effective affirmations are
The most important thing a woman can have (and so a woman's greatest goal) is freedom. The freedom to a) walk away unscathed b) experience life as she wants and c) her time. These are the 3 pillars to a good life. To achieve this, one must invest in five aspects of life;
Financial freedom. Money is the resource that helps you get other resources. In a capitalist society, money is the currency for life. Your main goal right now should be to build 2 years worth of an emergency fund, nothing else. If you have financial freedom you can walk away . A lot of women are trapped in toxic and abusive households and marriages and neighborhoods and workspaces simply because they don't have enough money to support life if they walk away. You must have enough money to walk away and not feel the burnt of it, and that is two years worth of emergency funds and a lifetime supply of passive income. Use the internet it's 2024 you don't need spoonfeeding. Oh and SET UP AN IRA.
Health. Nothing can replace being healthy nothing. Nothiiiing. You can not have freedom if you're not healthy. Health is a part of independence. You must start viewing your gym, organic foods, supplements, check ups, OBGYN, nutritionists and health scans as investments- and the greatest ones too. Your body is your home and your medium of existence. Invest heavily into it. Do not poison it, do not let random people into it, worship it. Incest in Healthcare, you could easily be one accident away from being dependent on someone- and you need to know you'll get Healthcare whether they chip in or not. Health insurance that covers as much as need covering is self love. Healthy eating is self love. Exercise is self love. HEALTH and HEALTHCARE is self love- don't you ever play with this.
Wordly knowledge. In my home country we have 'village girls' as a term for the little girls from the village that move to the city and get used abused trampled over doormatted left right centre simply because they have no worldly knowledge. Street smarts is smarts. Watch the news. Listen to a wide variety of podcasts. Interact with the world. Travel. Watch movies of every genre available and listen to music. Knowledge is power. You can't get played if you know the game. Gorgeous Gorgeous gorgeous ladies know evolutionary psychology and human nature is the shortcut to life. The more you know the less you suffer. Ignorance is the enemy, and you don't know what you don't know. Keep learning. And learn things that matter.
Social capital. Most women get trapped because they have no social capital to leave. It's actually a tactic men use to isolate you and become your only social capital so you're dependent on them. We sometimes forget we are a social species, human beings will literally DIE in absence of community, there are enough disturbing psychological experiments to prove this. The greatest human need is friendship and community. You MUST have a wideeeeeeeeee community. I can not explain enough how harmful it is to only have one source of community, no matter how big. If your friends at school are your only friends you get trapped in people pleasing because if they dump you you're ALONE, which is literally death level. You don't understand, if you don't kill yourself in absence of community your body will kill itself so you can't bring yourself to eat or sleep or leave the room and you fall sick and you body attacks itself inside out- simply because your boyfriend dumped you and he's your only community. I know you know the pain of losing your friend or loved one, whether to death or altercation, and if you didn't have enough social capital to pull you out you either considered suicide or couldn't bring yourself to eat and threw up everytime you did - your body seeking death because the sustainer of life is community. Make a LOT of friends in a lot of different places. Stay AWAY from people that try to isolate you and learn to have acquaintances and maintain your friendships- then you can easily walk away any time.
Hobbies and interests. The sheer number of women with no creative hobbies or interests they partake in is worrying. Ladies the feminine CREATES. Not having a creative outlet is like a fish having no fins? You'll feel dead inside. You'll feel caged and depressed. You're manifesting autoimmune diseases love, I. And no its not expensive and yes you do have time. We are not discussing this, get a creative hobby. This instant. No no no, phone down, go get one. And yes you do have one, you're a woman. Creativity is the science of your existence, to CREATE. If you don't, Bible you will get depressed. So misaligned.so out of order. You will hate life, and you can not experience a life you hate, love.

Hello once again mortals. I have been quite inactive here on Tumblr but I am back with another blog. I have recently stumbled upon @gorgeouslypink βs most recent post which talks about commanding your mind to wake up in a βmind awake, body asleepβ state. Her research and method reminded me of a book that I have read about recently called βThe Phaseβ by Michael Raduga.
It is a proven technique and many came back to report their success with this method. Why this works so well is because you could dip into the half-asleep state, which is the golden ratio to experience all kinds of phenomenon such as manifestating, shifting, experiencing hypnagogia and even entering the void state. If you suck at meditating or simply have ADHD like me, this method is definitely a go-to.

Reasons to why you should try this method
As I have said earlier on, this method is ADHD friendly. If you arenβt able to focus on a blank space for a long period of time, this method will be your best friend. I am more of a βstep-by-stepβ kind of lady since I canβt, for the life of me, follow something so blindly.
This is method is also, in my opinion, one of the fastest ways I could get into the βmind awake, body asleepβ state with the least amount of effort. No matter what your goal is here, whether to shift, enter the void etc. this would be a go-to. I managed to astral project in a span of two days, just by using this method.

How do we get into the golden state?
@gorgeouslypink have already explained it in one of her posts which I linked up on my blog, since it has already been summarised out. There is another post on it on Reddit as well which explains the method perfectly. I am way too lazy to re-explain so you can just refer to the links above.
You can try to affirm this very words as you fall asleep, memorising how it looks like behind the darkness of your eyelids:

Affirm as much as you think is sufficient for you before drifting asleep.

Ending notes + tweaks
So in conclusion, try this sucker out and quit complaining about not getting what you desire for. This method is super simple that you could master it within a week of trying and I am not kidding lmao. Try to get the basis right first (waking up without moving your body nor opening you eyes) and you are good to go.
If you are not able to carry out the βWake back to Bedβ technique for this method, I would suggest that you were to try it out with an alarm clock which switches off automatically after a few seconds of ringing. But I would highly recommend the original method since you are relying on your natural awakenings.

treat your body like a temple and only be with someone romantically because you really want to and have feelings for them and not because you feel pressured to or you think you deserve less than

I will never stop yapping about how important it is to get your basics right. If your base routine is not solid, no matter what you add on to it, it will never be sustainable.
most of us get motivated in the middle of the night, build an elaborate routine that weβll follow for less than 2 days and weβre back to square one.
I get so many asks about girls getting stressed over their routine and how they should solve the issue. If your routine is stressing you out, you need to cut. It. Down.
this is a pyramid that will teach you to get the basics down and in what order.
if your foundation is strong, your base routine will be an unshakeable of your life. if it is an unshakeable part of your life, you will slowly but surely get better at those things. as you get better at those things, your confidence will increase. as your confidence increases, you will be ready and motivated to take on more challenges.
