If you are fluent in more than one language and enjoy teaching, this will be a great way to bring in an extra income. When people are asked what is something they wish they could do but can't, speaking another language is always in the top 10 answers.
Create gift baskets or gift bags.
Most people don't like going from store to store and deciding what to gift for a person's birthday or child's birthday party or anniversary gift. You could create pre-made gifts for birthdays, high school graduations, anniversaries, or holidays so people don't have to guess or think what to give. Decide how many gifts in a gift basket and how much you want to spend total on a gift bag or basket. Then, decide your upsell charge so you can create income for yourself so you are profitable.
Personal organizer
Are you a good organizer and have a knack for knowing what goes where and how to make the most of a space? Most people would enjoy help organizing their home, business, and office so they can focus on other tasks. You could charge a hourly or a flat rate.
Charge a fee for your advice.
Are you a person that people tend to ask advice from or are people always sharing their issues or challenges with you? You don't need to be a licensed psychologist or certified life coach to give sound practical and tangible advice to another person.
Teach tech classes.
If you are good at teaching how to work the latest iPhone and gadget then teaching one on one or group classes would be a good fit for you. You can utilize your local library and most have a section of the library or a room you can book for free to teach your class.
Be a reseller.
Reselling is one of the quickest ways to bring in extra income. Is there anything right now that you can sell to make money? Household appliances, home decor, furniture, tech, gadgets, and unique items are a few examples of items that sell well and quickly. You can bring in more of a steady income by reselling other people's items. Offer a 70/30 split where you get 30% and the person gets 70%. Do you have a friend or neighbor trying to sell a vehicle, some furniture, household items?
T-shirt business
If you are creative and can come up with funny and interesting ideas to put on t-shirts, this could be a lucrative business. Start a website. Free options would be Wix or Canva.
You can upload a variety of funny phrases onto your site, and it doesn't cost you anything until they purchase a T-shirt. You can shop around for inexpensive white T-shirts and long-sleeve shirts as well as a printing company. Decide what kind of margins you want to have.

Personal Assistant
If you enjoy doing a wide variety of tasks and each day is never the same, an assistant job would be ideal for you. You can choose to be a personal assistant, where you are assisting a person's personal life by doing laundry, making lunch, and dinner, running errands, driving their vehicle to the car wash, and walking their dog, to name a few examples. You can also lean more to being a business assistant where you are assisting the person's business or career choice.
Babysitter or Nanny.
If you enjoy babies and children, this is a great way to bring in a steady income. Decide if you enjoy or are comfortable with all ages or if you would like to niche down to just newborns/infants, toddlers, or school-age children. If you don't have experience, offer your services to friends, family, and neighbors. Another way to gain experience is to volunteer at a daycare, school, or local organizations that involve children.

Scooping up dog poop may not be your thing, but if you enjoy animals and being outdoors this could be a great way to have an extra stream of income. Pet sitting is another way to have extra income as pet owners will enjoy the fact that you are coming to them and the animal gets to stay in their home. Pet grooming is most likely what you can charge the most for overall when it comes to these three services. You can google, go on Youtube, or even intern for a pet grooming business to learn how to properly groom an animal. If you go to their home for the pet grooming business, you may just have a leg up on the competition as most pet groomers have you come to their business.

Start a local Uber, Lyft, or Doordash for your neighborhood or community. You can use your own vehicle or bike and charge a fee for giving rides, running errands, or delivering food. You obviously want to feel comfortable and/or safe enough in the community and neighborhood that you live in for this to be a stream of income. Always tell a friend, family member, trusted neighbor, or colleague where you are going.
