Fire Within Me Strength Potion

-black tea -cinnamon -chili powder -honey -vanilla -allspice -a pinch of cayenne

-Make black tea. Add spices to taste. Mix in honey and vanilla. -whilst stirring clockwise chant “fire within me, burn burn, fire within me, churn churn, fire within me, strength to give, fire within me, as I live.” Repeat until you can feel energy being raised. Feel free to growl or snarl or stomp your feet, whatever gets you in the mood. Just don’t spill your potion in the process. Send the energy into the potion by jabbing your spoon into the liquid as you cease chanting. -drink and enjoy!

Creativity Herbal Mix

2 parts Instant coffee granules

2 parts cinnamon

1 part dried grapefruit peel

1 part dried violet or carnation flowers (optional)

Rub a yellow candle with oil, avocado is best for creativity, and roll in the herb mixture. Burn while doing crafts, being artistic, or anything related to creativity. If you are creating an item for sale, grapeseed oil is a better option. You can also sprinkle small amounts of this herb in with your craft supplies for a creative boost! 

This herb mix is also great to burn or turn into an herbal oil!

Everyone’s method is different, everyone’s brain works differently, they find their motivation in different ways, are at their best at different times.

Read the advice, filter it, use it, discard it, and find what works for you. It may not be the same as the person next to you, but if it helps you to get the job done, then it is the right advice.
