okay actually the reception of this post alarms me because so many of us know predators and predatory people and they usually DO fit the archetype of “mid to late 20’s shitposting/memeblogging males who love anime/hentai” and its literally like, a detail swept under the rug these are people who are in the i guess popular tumblr community and yet display habits that are worrisome and put, generally speaking, underage females and NB kids at risk. and this behavior goes unchecked. but we all kind of know about it and we all kind of see it, and no one does anything about it until theres undeniable 100% proof. honestly when did gut feeling and whistleblowing about the 5+ year older guy being weird to you and way too affectionate? all the girls that were hurt by corey could have been nipped in the bud if someone had just SAID something one of my friends “kinda boyfriend” on here got outed for the same problem and TONS of people who knew him well were like “oh thank god he was creeping me out” ? like, holy shit, someone say something. please dont let these vibes youre getting go untalked about or unaddressed because while it may be a false alarm, you could be rescuing a lot of vulnerable kids from adults on a platform where they can take advantage of others with alarming ease.
