Fatfinger discoveries Part 2

Has this ever happened to you? Suddenly your object footprint is just a big green square.

Or perhaps you are chugging along, having fun, and suddenly you notice a flickering shadow at the corner of your eye. Perhaps a bed, perhaps a door. Weird black lines move across the object as the camera moves.

Perhaps you have a glass item on the lot, and it decided it wanted to make an attempt at some geometric art.

Or you may have noticed that sinks suddenly look real weird.

If any of these are familiar to you, then I accidentally stumbled upon the fix! A mix of brain fog and fat fingering and sometimes you strike upon something useful 🤭

Turns out if you press Shift-W this happens. And more importantly, if you press it again, it fixes itself. Handy, right? No more having to restart the game to fix it. I thought I'd share in case someone else gets this occasionally and wonders WTF happened.

espresso bar npc confusion??

i need…help? to preface, i dont have any custom espresso bars or anything since i typically never really use them however, im testing an unowned comm lot that has two (2), the only thing "custom" about them is that they have invis recolors for the countertop and counter itself - thats it.

when on the lot w my tester sims, NO baristas show up…at all whatsoever. only the tester sims can work as barista which is absolutely *not* what i want.

i cant figure out how to make the dang barista's spawn and yk, serve coffee/espresso! the only lot i know of that my sims DO visit that has a working espresso bar is also an unowned comm lot but i cant seem to make it work on any other unowned comm lot, i have two (2) that are affected
