Youtuber Stephen McCullagh Found Guilty After Brutally Murdering his Girlfriend

In August of 2022 Stephen McCullagh and Natalie McNalley met on a dating app called Bumble.
In November of 2022 Natalie revealed to her family that she was pregnant with Stephens child.
On December 19th 2022 police received a 999 (911) call from a panicked boyfriend Stephen McCullagh calling them to the home of Natalie at around 10pm.
Upon arriving Natalie was found in a pool of blood her lips blue and Stephen attempting CPR.
During their investigation police noted there was no signs of forced entry, assuming that Natalie must of known her attacker.
Stephen was arrested on scene but stated he had been at home live streaming the game GTA Vice City for his 37,000 followers. Stephen was then released.
Autopsy concluded that McNalley had suffered a prolonged assault, multiple stab wounds, and was severely beaten. She had Several facial fractures, broken bones in her neck, lacerations and bruises. They also believe she was strangled. Some of Natalie's injuries lined up with her attempting to defend herself.
Her injuries were so severe that investigators had a hard time identifying which injury actually caused her death as multiple injuries were enough to have killed her.
It was found that Natalie had returned home sometime after 5pm from watching the 2022 Fifa World Cup Final with her parents.
On February 2nd 2023 Stephen McCullagh was arrested and charged with his beloved girlfriends murder, heres why.
Remember that live steam? The 6-hour live stream of Grant Theft Auto Vice City, well forensic evidence determined the live stream wasn't a stream at all. It had been prerecorded on December 14th.
Stephen stated in the beginning of his "stream" that he'd be unable to engage with the live chat due to technical issues. He also consistently throughout the "stream" stated the current time to convince police of his alibi.
Stephen eventually admitted to the "stream" as being prerecorded on December 14th 2022.
The chief inspector stated that Stephen declined to cooperate with police after being cleared as a suspect. He refused to provide a statement to investigators describing the scene when he first entered Natalie's home before police and paramedics arrived.
Stephen did admit he had prerecorded his live stream but maintained that he wasn't anywhere near McNalley's home. He claimed he had stayed home and drank that day and fell asleep during the time of the murder.
CCTV footage from a bus in Dunmurry showed a masked individual matching Stephens description traveling to Lurgan where Natalie lived. Around 9pm two of McNalley's Neighbors stated that they heard her screaming.
Shortly after a taxi driver picked up a man outside of Fa Joe's Bar and drove him to Stephen's home. Later that Taxi driver picked McCullagh out in a police lineup.
Prosecution barrister Natalie Pinkerton noted that during the GTA gaming session Stephen had deliberately played an optional side quest titled "Waste the Wife." In this side quest the player had to kill a woman and stage the death as an accident.
She argued it was intended as an "Easter Egg" to taunt McNally's family.
The courts also heard from a previous spouse to Stephen McCullagh. She stated that she has been physically abused by McCullagh several times on several occasions. She revealed in early 2022 she gave birth to a stillborn baby.
It only took 2 hours for the jury to come to a unanimous decision; Stephen was found guilty of the brutal murder of Natalie McNalley and her unborn child. He received a mandatory life sentence and showed little to no emotion upon the verdict and entire trial.
Natalies family cheered in the court room and has stated that McCullagh has not just stolen Natalie but stolen 3 long heartbreaking years during this trial.
