⊰×— The sudden call from another person’s voice had him snapping his head up, swiveling to look over his shoulder. A very familiar voice, but Dorii couldn’t place it until he saw her face.

             “Setsu?!”

    Having only met the woman a few weeks prior and then parting shortly afterwards, it was a shock to see her here. Here wasn’t a very good place to meet. Standing up, he glanced around, before walking over to where she stood.

    “So, this is where you were aiming for all along?” —×⊱

` • . ⋆ ❣ || To see a familiar face in such a new city, it brought about a sense of peace in her chest. She had started this journey alone, kept at it alone, and fought many the thugs alone, though having a companion around didn't seem too bad. Of course, she did feel slightly indebted towards the other. He did feed her with food when she was close to starvation...

               She beamed, a wide smile stretching from ear to ear upon her face. The girl approached her former traveling companion with a sense of familiarity, despite having actually met only once throughout her entire trip to Mitakihara City. Although one single meeting was enough for Setsu to have a good impression of this young man called Dorii Jin.

"Didn't expect to see you here!"

` • . ⋆ ❣ || The girl knew that, just like her, the other had been wandering as well. She had thought their destinations differed, but fate seemed to have brought the two together once more. Had he found what he was looking for? She surely hasn't yet. ||

"I'm not done with my journey yet, but surely I'll get to it! So how come you're sitting here alone? Waiting on someone?"

Ah.

He was lost.

Well, that was to be expected. Saki hadn’t been to this part of the city before. Considering the fact that he was to keep this place, this city, safe, Saki thought about fully knowing the city’s streets. Alone, without any help from anyone, specifically the ones from the conglomerate. There were too many reasons to list as to why not, but the main reason was there could be a chance that his real identity would be found out, and all these years protecting Luca’s place would be all for nothing.

Saki would die first before that happened.

And so, that brought the blond to his current predicament. He’d ask people around, but it’s been about an hour since he last saw a person. The district was unexpectedly quiet and empty, and Saki was really considering phoning someone for help when a light tap on his shoulder got his attention.

Just his luck, another person who was as lost as he was. At least he wasn’t alone anymore, yes?

"Sorry, I’m going to have to disappoint. I’m just as lost as you are."

` • . ⋆ ❣ || Huh. So a fellow straggler. Perhaps a nomadic vagabond with no destination in mind, or a fellow traveler in search of a someone important just like her. Well, no matter the backstory that the stranger had to offer, there was no denying that his current situation was just like hers.

              Her disheveled chestnut-colored hair was not a pleasant sight to look at, even more so when she gave the back of her head a bit of a scratch. Of course, Setsu didn't have the time to care about appearance. Her attention was dead-set focused on something entirely different. A dejected sigh escaped her lips, eyes turning towards the setting sun. ||

"Ehe... whoops, guess like we're both stuck."

` • . ⋆ ❣ || The fiery color lighting up the sky left her breathless. Quite a view was easily seen back in her hometown, but with the distant figures of skyscrapers in the background, they seemed to add a bit of a glimmer. Something that the flat plains of an old time town couldn't bring. Hazel optics adorned with admiration then focused onto the blond boy she had approached.

              With the brink of twilight nearing, it seems that night was certainly upon them. With not a clue where to go, or any familiar landmarks at that, it seems that the girl is going to find herself wandering about for a bit. Unless... ||

"Say, you wouldn't mind if we look around together? I mean! It get's a bit dangerous at night in the city, right?"

` • . ⋆ ❣ || It's not as though she were afraid of what dangers the dark may hold, only that she had a feeling that if she were to wander anymore alone, the brunette would become even more lost than she had been at first. As the only person she's encountered since entering this particular district, which district was it again, she couuuuld stick by their side for a bit. Until the both have found their destinations of course. ||

[ MEETING:: Luca ]

` • . ⋆ ❣ || It had taken Setsu Niolz quite a while to finally make her way home to her new settlement, haven gotten lost in the process at first. Of course, she had little belongs to worry for, so the trip hadn't been too tiring. But none of that mattered now, she was finally at the apartments. In a room! With a roof! And a mattress! Surely this was a blessing from whatever deity reigned from above.

               And hopefully, the girl would have enough money to continue paying off her rent. If not, she'd end up living in the slums, which could prove to be a problem for her if caught off-guard. She can't go dying at the hands of any godforsaken thug or gang member anytime soon now that she was one step closer.

               Just one step closer to finding him.

               Now that dawn had began to peak out through the curtains of the Setsu's compact room, the brunette already awake and well prepared, she was ready for the day ahead. But first, finding a part-time job to earn her a decent amount of income. Hastily putting on the only pair of clothes that she had brought, aside from the ones she entered the city in, her hand was already reaching for the handle of the front door. One foot out the frame had...

               ... gifted her with a collision into another person. Perhaps a fellow tenant of the apartments. Setsu was taken aback at first, letting out a small yelp, but quickly regained her composure, if she had any to begin with. Although with one look at the figure she had bumped into, the prepared smile and apology she had was dropped. ||

"You..."

⊰×— The sunlight sparkled off tall buildings in the distance, dancing off the surface of the water pools all around. Wind tugged at the grass, at the trees, swaying them ever so slightly before stilling again. Everything in the park was relatively quiet, save the soft sounds of the water trickling and the rustle of leaves, the soft sound of a pair of footsteps.

    It took a while to get there, and then some to settle down in the new city. Unpacking was going to be hell but that could all wait anyways, no need to bother. Whatever was needed could be unpacked at that point in time, for now it was time to admire the park view.

    So much for admire, more like to take in the damage of what it looked like. Even though the sun was warm, the chill in the park was bone deep. He’d heard a lot of rumors along the way, but they came to life in this area.

    Dorii glanced up at the sky, stopping in his walk and lifted a hand, blocking out the light reflecting off the glass buildings in the background. It was an impressive city, at least. He seated himself on a bench, leaning back on his hands and kicked his legs out, shutting his eyes.

    It was just a matter of time before someone, or something showed up.—×⊱

` • . ⋆ ❣ || Mitakihara city surely was something. The skyline and shimmering architecture, the bustling crowds of people. Why, the only time she had seen so many individuals were during the brawl fights back at home, and the amount there couldn't even compared to here! Setsu breathed in the oceanside air, a refreshing sensation filling her chest.

              This'll be the day, and this'll be the moment. She'll definitely, surely find him again, that certain someone she's had her eyes set on for years. No, she wasn't a stalker. Just a simple small town girl dearly missing an old childhood friend of hers. With nothing but the clothes on her back and the wooden sword she'd use during fights, the girl strolled through the park, hands behind her head.

               What she didn't expect was to find a familiar from her long travel to this luxurious yet utterly tranquil city. The thought of his own travels taking him to the same city as her destination never crossed the brunette's mind. ||

"Ah, hey! It's you!"

` • . ⋆ ❣ || The faintest of sighs escaped the girl's lips, her brown eyes looking down wistfully at the lacking of cash in her wallet. Sure, there was a few bucks here and there, but definitely not enough to last her through the week. An even lighter chuckle, awkward at that, escaped from her mouth.

              Shoving the close-to-empty wallet into her back pocket, the girl had no choice but to continue her travels. A short trip to the Shibazakura Apartments of course. She'd learn from a tour guide, one who was well adept in knowing the locations throughout the city, that Shibazakura was the place to go if affordable was what the future tenant had in mind. An affordable place to stay was certainly what she needed. ||

"Um... excuse me! Do y' happen to know where the Shibazakura Apartments is at? I'm a bit lost as it is-- -"

` • . ⋆ ❣ || The brunette went ahead and tapped the nearest person on the shoulder. WIth the daylight fading in the distance, she thought it best to might as well ask someone instead of wander around in the darkness alone. Of course, muggers were no problem for her to fend off against, but a nice place to rest sounded much better. ||
