Wow, I wish I was always this productive when I cannot make myself sleep

This one took a few weeks of passive drawing, it's scrappy, but I just wanted it out of my system, lol

I chose to keep the colors from the last animatic I did for them, it just felt natural, but I do want to see what you think abt it all. I dunno, I'm too eepy to actually process much of this

And I also have the original sketches from my tiny sketchbook! I do still feel far more comfortable with working on paper, but I am trying to get a bit more into didgital as you can see, lol

YESSSS, IT'S FINALLY HEREEEEEE

I'm just so happy to finally drop this one, god knows it's been a long time in the making, but I'm just so so delighted to have it out!

I have also just dropped an AvPol animatic based on this fic! It basically came to me in a state of being half-asleep and listening to the song and next thing I know it's four in the morning and I have like 8 post-it notes with the first minute or so of the animatic down. It took a while, but it's here and I'm so excited to see what ya'll think abt it!

And here I have a few more sketches of mine, the first just the general design for Avdol under Dio's control and the second is just another little vaguely angsty sketch of these two (yes, I just felt like it looked cooler with the printer scanner background, lol)

I got to my printer's scanner! I'm going to choke you all with the scans of my sketchbooks!

First, I just have a bunch of Pol and Avdol pages and a whole page of Fem!Polnareff, based on @febreezylalala's designs. I swear to god, their impact on the entire fandom needs to be studied, designs so incredible that they start a whole new wave of fem drawings and fics, I'm just in love.

And just a few feel-good-ish numbers here! Yippee!

I adore Sherry, if you haven't noticed, but I don't draw her all that often actually. Do you ever feel so so enamored by something/someone that you're too scared to actually draw that/them? Yeah, that's what I feel with her. But I did want to think a bit abt how she could look if she did get to grow at least a bit older.

And this was supposed to be a kind of postcard with a picture of Nori and jean in front of the Eiffel tower. This is just me living in my delusions of "everyone lives/nobody dies" and imagining Pol insisting on a group trip to France, at least for the boys. Trying to introduce them to "real culture" and everything and them just going along with it all. (Also, added the kitty near the text based on the one from the moment in the anime of him talking about wanting to be a mangaka, I imagine this would've been his little mascot of sorts)

Also AvPol eyes in the corner, lol

And something I don't quite get, but like to explain with Polnareff's heart still being too shredded up after Sherry's death to love someone else. You'd think a big brother who had a little sister who liked to pull little pranks (at least that's what I'm going to call Sherry feeding Jean's fish to the cat) would love another little girl who's similarly a bit mischievous, right? So let me just bask in the silly little interactions I think happened somewhere in the background.

This one I posted, partially, but I later added the little page to an actual sketchbook. I really like the left side, with the stickers and rapiers, so I chose to add another page! That didn't quite work out as much as I'd like it to, but just enjoy my ramblings on hanahaki and flower soulmate marks I'd assign these two, lol

And the top right flower spins, actually!!

These ones are a bit old, but nothing much to say abt them aside from the fact that I tried, lol

The pose on the first one was my magnum opus at the time, but oh well. Also threw in the close-ups I used to prepare for the actual big one, they do look a fair bit nicer, just for fun

And the second one was just two little sketches I did to vaguely "practice anatomy", if just to have a better idea of what I think their bodytypes are. I dunno really, but I did think it was a cute idea in the end in the sketchbook

Ooooh, and this one is based on that one piece from Veil (at least I think that's where the original came from) with the big billboard of one guy and another guy looking at it. I don't know, I just felt the overwhelming need to draw them together and that was the pose Pinterest gave me and that spoke to me most. This is supposed to be in my fic's AU, but I'm sure you could interpret it just fine without it.

And the Ma Meilleure Ennemie lyrics will be relevant a bit later, once I actually post the next chapter👀

Oh, and now all the sad nonsense I drew up

The first one is, again, based on the fic, the scars are from his fight with Rubber Soul and the hand coming up from above is Avdol's (yes, if I made it bigger I'd have it be cut off at the elbow). It's nothing coherent, I just wanted to practice my anatomy, keep it sad and revise how his burn scars looked.

And this is based on the Twins at the Carousel trend, but I can't be fucked to actually animate it all and make a full piece with nice lighting for it all. Again, I just enjoy my angst and felt like drawing

I have a few more I'd love to post soon, once I get the chapter out, but it is a bit of a struggle right now - another big fight I have barely any idea of how to write and actually convey all that I'd like or just make Jean win, lol

About time I've posted another update on the fic! It'd been a month! Holy shit!

Lately it's felt more like a task than a hobby, but I am trying to work on that. I can feel my brain slowly letting go of Jojo's and yearning for a new obsession, but it's too damn early, the people need me (A.K.A. I've told too many people in pinterest comments about it and I feel guilty for updating so rarely) I'm gonna try to do better with the frequency of my uploads, but we'll see how this goes. In the meantime, have fun looking at how I actually make notes for this nonsense (digitally coloured and on top of my Japanese handouts) with decodings below

So here's the latest chapter I've managed to get out! It's really been a struggle lately tbh, just because I can't exactly get myself to write and I just procrastinate by doing "research" for the chapters. However, as much as writing is a struggle for me, I am getting to THE juicy parts, the crusade is about to start and the interactions between the Stardusts is something I'm looking forward to trying my hand at since I haven't actually written that all that much (aside from a few AvPol fics I just have on my laptop, I am still incredibly biased, lol)

Remember that thingie I mentioned once in a barely even related post? Yeah, I've actually dropped 15 chapters of it already, just kinda forgot abt Tumblr, but I do think I'll keep posting whenever I get a new chapter in, just to keep ya'll updated too, lol

Hey, remember how I mentioned potentially writing a fix-it thing with Polpol? This is not it. 

This one is just me writing mediocre angst post-Dio-fight with Jean, cause I couldn’t sleep.

You guys wouldn't believe it, but I'm not dead! Wow! Even somewhat survived finals week! Here are a few drawings for your trouble!

I haven't posted in a WHILE, so I've got a pretty big sketch dump with the multiple fandoms I've gotten into since approximately September (mostly revisited, but hey, I just cycle through my obsessions)

So here you go: a few Marvel sketches w/ Tony, my dearest Superior Iron Man included, One Piece resurgence w/ Sanji, my dearest love-obsessed french idiot and JoJo's all of a sudden! With my dearest love-obsessed french idiot 2: electric boogaloo. And Avdol, please, never forget Avdol.

I'm currently on winter break, but I doubt I'll do much more art (maybe I'll post a few pieces I did for my partner's TTRPG idea if I get to finally scanning them). I've actually gotten a pretty nice (in my mind, at least) idea for a fic abt Polnareff. I'm thinking of a classic fix-it thingie, going back to a few years before the events of Stardust Crusaders.

I'm working on getting re-acquainted with the universe and PolPol himself, but just out of curiosity, has he/his name been reused yet after the universe restarted? i.e. Jonathan -> Johny and Josuke -> J8suke? Let me know, lol

Wow, I'm back again so soon I was kind of disappointed with my yesterday's take on Toshi (it's a relatively old sketch and I've gotten a much better grip on him and drawing him now I think) plus I've figured out a way to at least combat the difference between my screen colors w/ the anti-blue light filter! It's still iffy w/ it, but it's definitely better and a lot less gray! Yay! So here are two most recent sketches I have of Toshi, colored in Krita and a few older sketches I've found from around 2 years ago when I first tried getting back into mha and fell in love with his character (before that I actually was obsessed w/ Aizawa, lol) more of those will be under the cut! And i just wanted to credit @ohnogizm0 for their incredible work helping me figure out how to do Toshinori's eyes! They do incredible work and I'm absolutely in love with their take on Toshinori! Please go take a look at what they do, you won't regret it! <3

These are quite old, but I'm just happy feeling that I've definitely improved (tho the first Aizawa sketch still looks pretty damn nice to me, lol) I'm really happy to see my improvement with the characters through the years, littler me couldn't even imagine how obsessed I am with these guys, lol And thank for getting all the way down here, I don't know when I'll post again, but I'm happy to see you here <3

This was my pick-me-up piece after the finals week, I finished the original sketch weeks ago and just colored it rn on Krita (can you tell that I basically gave up after the first part?) Still, it was just a tiny practice thingie (both my Japanese and drawing digitally) and I'm satisfied I'm definitely getting a better grip on Krita and I only ALMOST failed my Japanese course... Anyway, it's still insane to me that anyone pays attention to these, thanks for reading all the way down here <3

Do ya'll think that Izu asks people to call him by his hero name just because he's picking up All Might's identity issues as just being normal hero conduct? Barely anyone calls him by his actual name aside from Torino and his closest friends like Dave (the man actually came up with a nickname even, wow) and most everyone calls him All Might, likely because he asked people to do that. And Izuku is just "oh, that's how heroes behave, I'll just do the same"??

Been working on this concept in my head for a while now, I want to eventually make it into a pretty big piece (maybe watercolor? We'll see) with Baby Toshi, hopefully much more obviously inspired by art nouveau

For now, have this little mock up I made in pastels after impulsively deciding that I can work in pastels, for sure
