#eggsalad my way ;) ....with spinach ,tomatoes, mushrooms, orange pepper, celery, white onion, bacon, n cheese , ... Cooked with the lard of the bacon that is in there :) ..... Start with the lard on a super low heat ( I can touch the pan the entire time I'm cooking ) ( low heat protects the molecular structure of the fat n keeps it HEALTHY for u ) add in the veggies u have chosen and allow a minute or two to soften as u stir a time or two .... Last throw in the eggs and slowly keep stirring n mixing it up ....... Done .... A #onedishmeal

Chicken and rice cooking up :) chicken thigh meat is WAY cheaper then breast and WAAAAAY juicer n tastier ( there both words trust me) .... Rice = 2 cups rice 5 cups water , tbl spoon sea salt , tbl spoon butter n put on a light boil until water is about gone n rice is cooked to ur liking ... If not cooked enough just add a bit more water n keep going :) .... Chicken ... Coconut oil and it butter , salt , pepper , one clove garlic ( don't bother chopping up ) fresh herbs , tonight was a 3 finger pinch of cilantro but could also be oregano or whatever ... Put on a low heat n cover .... Prep time 10 min ....
Sweet potatoes and red potatoes baked with olive oil , sea salt , black pepper , Rosemary , dill , and garlic .
Venison Slow cooked with onions , peppers , garlic, parsley , Rosemary and Kerry gold butter, sea salt and pepper .... Low heat never above 350*
