many-to-most of our native orchids have small greenish-white flowers. Goodyera oblongifolia, for example. Not that I'm not always thrilled to see a native orchid, but Goodyera's especially fun because of the showy white net pattern on the leaves. The flowers are worth smelling, too: classic sweet orchid fragrance.
