Hi y'all! Name's Crispin, from Virbank City and I'm the fourth/most junior member of the 20XX BB League Four and the only first year (which is totally not at all disorienting/or triggers hidden insecurities as I watch my Champion spiral into a sleep deprived rampage as he bullies every one of my friends at the League Club and my older and more experienced teammates have no idea what to do about it). My pronouns are he/him, and my favorite pokemon is Magmortar (my second favorite is Scovillain, but I haven't got a chance to catch one of those yet :()

Hi, I'm the mod. My name is Gyumin, my pronouns are he/him, and this is my first pokemon irl blog. I was inspired to create this after I saw that the wonderful @bbleague-crispin seemed to be the only Crispin on this website. I'm 19 (so barely an adult) and struggling depression/classes, so it may take a minute for me to get back sometimes. Also, I have Aspergers and this is my first blog so sorry if my responses sound a bit clunky or out of character.

As with the other Crispin blog, no NSFW. Crispin is about 13-15, and has serious self-esteem issues. Also no proshippers either.

Hey Crispin, I was wondering, was your Blaziken a gift from the Academy? It seems a lot of trainers have regional starter pokemon at your school despite the Biomes not including them before Florian/Juliana shows up.

Nope! Actually my first pokemon was my Magby Braise! I caught it at the virbank complex with my, erm, dad's growlithe. I alternate with blaziken to throw challengers off.

Ok, out there concept: what if the player of the Pokemon game was a villain or an antagonist?

Vague concept I've detailed here:

So, the player is a spy for the Evil Organization. Under the guise of a normal trainer, they go to Professor Tree Name to recieve their first Pokemon.

Along the way, they meet their rival: a friendly, naive, somewhat inexperienced kid who immedietly challenges you to a battle. Despite losing, they nonetheless leave a strong impression.

During your journey, you are able to effortlessly crush anyone in your way due to the training you recieved as a member/spy/heir to the Evil Organization (hence explaining away your Protagonist Syndrome).

You run into some members of the Evil Organization who either don't recognize you (grunts) or go easy on you (admins) for the benefit of bystanders. The plan is that you install yourself as Champion so your parental figure can enact their Evil Plan.

Along the way, you run into your rival multiple times, and obviously you keep beating them. They share their dream of being Champion, and the player character can't help but be inspired, slowly changing their outlook on the world.

You finally beat the Champion and as a reward, get the Legendary. But then your rival shows up and demands a battle, heartbroken at your supposed betrayal. For the first time ever in a Pokemon battle (except for maybe the Houndoom at SV) you are programmed to lose a battle as your rival's idealism finally cuts through your cynicism.

The Legendary runs off, and your rival/Gym Leaders/Professor/friends hold off the wave of grunts, while you challenge the big bad parental figure.

The post game sends you to an island/secret part of the region where after a series of trials, the Legendary finally accepts you as its trainer.

For the most part things are the same. Drayton has still got those crazy schemes I can't seem to figure the heck out, I'm bi, Lacey is...Lacey, Amarys is still cool and unflappable as ever, Kieran's on some weird power craze, and my parents...
