Blue Zircon deserved better tbh, she was just doing her job, I’d be happier if Steven had picked up her gem to help her get out of there to, she was literally right at his feet pretty much
@pilisera I kind of saw it as, she just committed an act of treason against the diamonds pretty much, she'd be terrified of dying and would probably feel outcasted. She would realize the diamonds dont actually care about her, only about the completion of her job and start piecing together that they aren't the best in the world and eventually become a highly valuable member to the team in that she knows Homeworld Law and how they would most likely take action depending on events. There was potential with her character and it felt wasted.
