as a regular donor to Gaza Soup Kitchen I get their email updates, and they said today that while they've continued to be able to expand, donations are slowing down as Gaza gets less coverage. If you have a few dollars to spare, I encourage you to send them here to continue the amazing work that Hani and his team are doing.

we live a world where one man is a trillionaire while people are starving in gaza and sudan, 81 million people are below poverty line in india, kids are being forced to do manual labour in mines in congo to survive and his own countrymen are dying because they cannot afford healthcare and then people will wonder why we think capitalism is the root of all evil
Breeding kinksters getting mad that trad value and gender essentialist blogs engage with their posts is so fucking funny.
I am so intrigued by the fact that they depicted Deborah a little differently in the finale than what we’ve seen so far. She is presented as sophisticated, well-traveled, a true bon viveur. She speaks a bit of French, appreciates real bread, and uses words like 'beguiling' . She even drops art history facts, pointing out that Judith Leyster’s 17th-century painting La Joyeuse Compagnie (The Merry Drinker) was wrongly attributed to a man, Frans Hals, for years. Did that jump out to you too? It feels like a version of Deborah we’ve never seen before.
so beautiful so crisp
