@nikkigets_fit ・・・ Let's talk about this morning. Anyone who knows me knows there are 2 workouts that I dread the most. Burpees and running🖕🏻 I usually wouldn't go, especially if that is the entire workout. Burpees and running! Ugh😫. But I want to be the best I can so I went. These people here made it so easy for me today!! The workout sucked and I nearly puked, but because of the support I was able to make it through. Coach @datgat610 ALWAYS knows how to motivate me and change things for me to be my best. @franzen619 knows what to say to make me hustle and the rest of the team know how to support. I can honestly say of it weren't for @crossfitinsurgent I wouldn't be where I am in my fitness journey. I look forward to showing up and working hard because of the atmosphere here. Start together.
