Iām not sure about anyone else but I personally have a pretty hard time finding Aziraphale centric fics. Crowley centric fics are really easy to find, stuff that splits C/A evenly is also pretty easy to find.
So I think we should start a thread of Aziraphale centric fics (or at least ones where he gets to take a major role in.)

These are the Soul by MikripetraāThis is my comfort fic I love it with my entire being.
Starmaker and Starlight by NohaljiachiāThis one just made me very happy then very sad. It focuses on Aziraphale before the beginning, coming to be friends with the starmaker (angel Crowley)
Prax In Terris āby Oatmeal Addiction I love this one because it captures the spirit of good omens perfectly. Genuinely if s3 was a fanfiction this (and the other fic in this series) is what Iād want it to be. Now it is not exactly Aziraphale centric, it does split time pretty evenly with Crowley and Muriel, but I love Aziraphaleās role in this, and he gets to be really interesting and stubborn. (Maybe not for all readers who dislike face value interpretations of the FF though.) Itās a wip about the second coming and Iām very curious where the author is gonna take it.

Crowley could only watch as Aziraphaleās face journeyed through a dozen flickering expressions. His frown deepened, his eyes narrowed, his chin even tilted ever so slightly up. But then shoulders squared and his lips parted, pinched at the corners until his eyes blew wide, and before he knew it, a similar gust of air was wrenched out of him. Suddenly his eyes were frantic, darting millimetres in every direction, until his shoulders slumped so far back he fell back against the door with an unflattering rattle of the latch.
Crowley knew the feeling. He was still engulfed in it.
Aziraphale drew another breath and his lips were shaking. His knuckles were white, blending into the pale paper they creased.
āWould you care for a cup of tea?ā he asked carefully, slowly reaching for the door handle.
it's so sooo hard to pick a favourite moment from flawless bc i genuinely love and am so proud of so many scenes in that one š¤ i think chapter 3 is my favourite, with all the grave dirt and the denial culminating in the "I love you," he realised. then that fuckin phone call at the end of chapter 4 where crowley gets drunk and says it back and i RAAAAARRRR
Down the line, a bottle clinked against a tabletop, sloshing the liquid inside. Crowley gasped for breath.
āI love you, angel.ā
Aziraphale opened his mouth to speak and tasted his stream of tears before he felt them. He wiped his face once, but it only smeared the saline across his skin to make way for another wave. He sat back in his chair and stared at his cold mug through bleary eyes.
āI love you too,ā he whispered back, devastated by how much he meant it.

The words felt so strange to say. Aziraphale hadnāt come out to anyone sinceā¦ Oh, Lordā ever.
Heād never had to come out before.
Even his mother, when he ran up to her at eleven years old and said he wanted to ask a date to the school dance, asked him what the boyās name was. His father disliked him long before either of them knew why, and heād never once been approached by a woman at a bar with the wrong idea. No one had ever gotten the wrong idea about Aziraphale before. Everyone read him like a book.
Except the writer, apparently.
ā...Youāre gay?ā Crowley asked, genuinely flabbergasted.

If you're not familiar with the plot of Severance: here we have everything that happens in the canon (final fifteen? Yes!), only in the atmosphere of an office dystopia, where the personality of a person inside the office is reliably separated from his personality outside. And there are rules. Lots of rules. And religiĆ³n of course.
(maybe the art turned out a little awkward and raw, but today we give preference to the plot)

Last month, a bunch of us over at @mrghostrat's server The Bee Hive wrote a spontaneous round robin fic with fanart galore, and now it's on AO3!
Aziraphale has returned from Heaven, and the why or the when or the how did not matter to Crowley, so much as the fact that Aziraphale was shoving him into the wall, just as Crowley had done years before.

And this time, the sexual tension is more real and far more reciprocated than Crowley had imagined it could be.

OMG this is the worst thing to ask me, i love to yap about good omens fics like i'm teaching a literature class. i'm so thrilled to have this opportunity, here is my good omens required reading list:
Lie Back and Think of Dinner by jessthereckless (M, 11k) - THE looney tunes sex fic. every time they're intimate, natural disasters happen. it's part of a series, but but this first fic is REQUIRED!! love it, i'll never think of golden syrup the same way ;-)
An Angelic Disposition by iamtheenemy (E, 3k) - established relationship, aziraphale uses every tool in his disposal to give crowley what he wants (despite crowley so dedicated to service topping), and it overwhelms him. MUST READ!!
youāre not a religious person (but) by isozyme (M, 20k) - very true to the spirit of the show and their eternal refusal to communicate while desperately wanting more. this is THE BEST fic re: divine ecstasy being synonymous to sex for them, which is a killer combination!!
roots by darcylindbergh (M, ~10k) - lovely established relationship/south downs fic. it's revealed that aziraphale has always dyed his hair blonde, and the thing that makes this fic VITAL is the acknowledgement that they deliberately choose their presentation and the way the world sees them. more parts of the fandom need to understand this
somewhere, a place for us by aglaophonos (T, ~2k) - i'm biased because i love char and her work, but seriously. read this. if you're ever wondering why me and her are constantly talking about 1941 s3, this 1941 continuation fic she wrote encapsulates every reason WHY
Lead me to the banquet hall by obstinatrix, wishwellingtons (E, 15k) - i mean. i mean. it's The Cheesecake Fic. why is crowley content to watch aziraphale eat, and how does he cope with that same hunger when aziraphale ISN'T there? you simply have to read this if you haven't, and reread it if you have
affection and other cravings by JustStandingHere (E, 30k) - this is THE post s2 fic you need to read. through its historical flashbacks and precarious re-introduction of aziraphale and crowley's relationship following their fight, all through the lens of food... honestly that's what it's all about!
these are what i would consider to be required reading, as in - you will come away from these fics with a better understanding of the canon, which (in my opinion) is what elevates a fic from the rest. but if you'd like to check out the other fics i adore, my bookmarks are where i save every fic i enjoy reading, and it's about 99% good omens so you can always visit that if you're looking for something to read that'll be true to the spirit of the show!!
