Nobody wants to ask my babies any questions to learn more about them, but maybe you’re all just having performance anxiety. Here, I’ll start.

This is Jack (human) and Hartley (alien).
The story follows a boy who was left behind after the rest of the human race left Earth to escape its inevitable, cosmic demise. He is caught up in an explosion as satellites fall from their orbits, and he’s rescued from his doom by an enthusiastic alien who wants to learn more about humans.
There are secrets, there are many other aliens, and there is also a cat.
They may be taking on the universe together, but they are also taking asks. 8D
Cast of “Trouble”, a book that I will be working on once I finish my first draft of my other book about the end of the world, which will totally get art too, I promise.
Trouble is the title character, a little eight year old girl and growing witch in a world that still isn’t ready for magic.
Gabe is Trouble’s very tired and very human father.
Rook and Mag are half-siblings on their father’s side and both are hunters.
Trouble inherited her magic from her mother, who had passed away in a suspicious house fire five years prior to the story. The story follows Gabe after his daughter goes missing, and he tracks down and kidnaps a known witch hunter named Rook to help him find her.
Feel free to ask me or them questions so I can flesh them out.
So you’ve probably noticed so hard you stopped noticing that I have not posted much of fucking anything in the past forever. Oldies but goodies know this is normal, but man am I having a motherfucking time right now.
For starters, I’m single. My future is now a big, fat fucking question mark. Not gonna get into that.
I’m working three jobs and trying to pretend that I have time for my own shit and my friends, but I don’t, and I am so fucking tired.
That said, I’m here to make another empty promise, because I figure if I write it down, I’m more likely to follow through.

I’m gonna do it because if I don’t throw myself into my work, then I’m going to sink into this tar pit and never get out. I need to use this low to boost me up, to keep going and keep creating. To keep writing.
As much as I can apparently still draw (the above image of me in my current vegetative state was legitimately a surprise), I am still a writer down deep, so you’ll likely be getting snippets and stories here more than anything else. And by stories, I mean mine. My characters, their lives, their struggles. Officially, I’m making this just my stuff. If I do something for a fandom, I’ll be posting it elsewhere.
I have to regain control as best I can right now, and that currently means overhauling everything. I mean it, I’m even about to clean my fucking room, and I don’t do that shit ever. So like. Damn.
I’ll post a link when I put the fandom blog together. Hopefully you’ll see more of me. I just wish it wasn’t because I don’t know what else to do.
