Potions had been one of those classes that he revered as the slytherin had taken a seat, bouncing back the form of greetings that traveled throughout the air along with a delicate smile. seeking comfort as he opted for getting ready for their lesson for the day, slightly moving his wand to refill ink for his quill and proceeded to get a few items splayed without the intention of taking up space.
as the lesson progressed, in which the male had been so immersed with that another set of presence had ‘blessed’ him—at first avery dismissed it, thinking that it had been a probability that a friend or that classmate of his playing a harmless prank, whereas a slight nudge here and there and that something soft encompassing him, though as time went ahead, it started to purr against him and that was when the twenty one year old decided to take a peek and unraveled a pleasant surprise.
“you’re beautiful,“ a faint whisper in russian was all he could conjure as he went on petting the feline. going ahead with soft chin scratches to stroking it. “where did you come from? are you lost?“ unbeknownst him, a grin had been tugging onto his lips as he focused onto the siamese cat.

comes from a long line of slytherins, death eaters and all that jazz
if you’ve noticed in his bio, he moved from durmstrang for “certain” reasons
refer point 1, father is a death eater and has done something big that could get them in trouble- the family’s a bit shady but they mostly get away with it because they’re royals
yes, avery’s part royal from his mum (king konstantinov is like his great grandfather)
and basically he’s around 5th or 6th in line to the throne, but it’ll take a loooooong time for him to be king so he doesn’t even bother with it lmao
was born in russia, but family travels a lot. partially grew up in paris and also seoul (which he’s around for the holidays)
now resides in the winter palace
loves dark arts, been trained since he was a little boy so he’s fairly good at it (exceptionally good but he’s a humble boi)
has a knack for spooky things, doesn’t get easily scared and loves the thrill of it- definitely a halloween baby
is often seen wearing a necklace which is a family heirloom, will light up in red if he’s in danger
breaking the stereotype of snakes being snobs and snotty- avery’s quite sociable and friendly
got that trait from his mum, don’t we love a kind and sweet man lol
anyways he despises chocolate frogs, give him that and he will hex you
he actually likes chocolates but chocolate frogs ARE AN EXCEPTION
lowkey highkey listens to muggle music (fav genres are r&b, musical, indie ballad)
generally pretty chill until you decide to cross him

someone who dares to temper with him, whether it’s for fun or you just seriously hate him- truth be told, he’ll be concerned for your very life (they’re not one to be messed with and avery will be worried cause he doesn’t know what will happen to you, whether the options being banished somewhere else or getting killed yikes)
a total foodie so you may or may not have caught him at the kitchen during late hours
someone who likes him and he’s trying to comprehend the situation at its best, either you have a cute crush on him or just plain obsession
you’ve bumped into cleo (his cat) while he was searching and he’s forever grateful to you
a friend who teaches muggle ways, hooter, sports or just muggle things in general- he’s new to it and trying his best to adapt
you see him somewhere enjoying a cuppa (be it tea/ coffee) and decides to join him
something messy or angsty or both + scandalous in general is totally welcomed!
