Finished that 'Raven Branwen in a Suit' drawing but kept postponing sharing it.

I'm not entirely happy with the end result & may end up starting again.

But I'm going to upload it anyway.

Been trying to start using mediums that I had previously used purely for refinement of past art for creating complete drawings.

It appears to no longer be in her Gallery so I sadly can't properly credit it in any way. 💔 But by any chance does anyone who follows a certain Miss Zech on Insta recall that one photo with the Butterflies? 🦋

Funny thing: this isn't actually the Final Version of this piece & its symbolic meaning has actually gone beyond simply Blake-ifying Arryn's original pic. I guess one could say it's kinda in it's 'Chrysalis State'. But I have to say, I honestly believe this is perhaps the best I've drawn Blake. 🥹

"Are You Done Reading That Book, Blake?"

Version 2.0 of a 'classic' Bees sketch of mine. I wanted to see the improvement which I think is… mostly there.

WTF was I thinking trying to give the couch a material-surface effect?! Try not to look at it. It YUCK! 😅

Despite that, there are parts that I feel proud enough of to deem this uploadable (Yang's Arm! 🤩). Still, there's no reason I can't eventually try again for a 3rd time. 😏

From now on I will be including this Stamp/Watermark on all of my future drawings & when + where possible I'll be updating previous uploads of my past works with this addition as well. It means that I DO NOT ALLOW REPOSTS OF MY ART!

How many times does it have to be said before reposters get the message: you are NOT helping! If you want to share my Art, only use the Reblog button on Tumblr/Bluesky, the Retweet button on Twitter, & whatever the hell Instagram uses (something involving a 'share' button & 'stories' I hear?).

If you have even the tiniest bit of respect for small Artists, you'll honor this request. I'm just SO DAMN TIRED of not only seeing my art appear on Reddit, Facebook fan pages, or in posts by another Tumblr user, but also watching these reposts get more attention & interactions than my own uploads EVER do. Established, well-known Artists get frustrated & demoralized when this happens to them, so how do you think this is going to effect small creatives whose works get practically ignored?!

Compromises can be made depending on the circumstances (not that I have anything worthy of it right now, but Comic Dubs for example), but I'd like to hope that those interested in doing so will ask me first (something that previous reposters have NEVER done!). And I don't mind if my Art inspires you with your own craft - chaoticevilspacewitch's Fic 'Hello' is a beautiful example of that [LINK] - just don't do so in a way that involves snatching the image & slapping it on one of your own posts.

So to be clear:

Thank you for understanding. What's done is done, but moving forward I want this kind of thing to stop. Don't hesitate to warn me if you see this kind of behaviour. The last ugly sketch teaser for a Bumbleby piece I was working on got a lot more love than I was expecting (you folks were sending me with some of your quote reblogs, thank you so much!).

I think I'll test the waters again.
