not to be an autistic stereotype. but the other weekend, I rode the train into chicago for the first time in 3 years, and i haven't stopped thinking about it. not the day in the city, but riding the train. i want to ride the train again. not to go to the city, just ride the train.

"they were clearly setting up samira to leave her plot lines" maybe. but i saw those and was (foolishly) optimistic for a story where a doctor, a woman of color, felt ostracized and belittled and like she didn't fit in the space she wanted to be in that she was going to go "i deserve to be here. i can make a difference" and overcome her own doubt and fears and not only inspire herself but others. but maybe i was the april fool a day late
