An Important Announcement
Good evening, I have some bad news for you all
I have reason to believe that I have been scammed out of a lot of money by the person I commissioned for my concept art and model because of the suspected use of generative AI to create the commissions they gave me. I had been getting allegations of using AI when showing off my model and concept art on Bluesky, but when I asked most people to explain why, they refused to, while certain individuals were blatantly rude. I have since deleted the post and blocked those people While writing this, the first person who said I was using AI dmed me (they were never rude or anything, in fact they’re someone I trust) and explained to me a few reasons why they think it is and apologized for not responding faster. At this point, someone on Twitter/X reached out to me and explained why they think the commissions are AI already (They were very kind and explained it to me slowly, which I needed.) So I let the first person know that I agree with them and had already been convinced. I won't bore you with the details, but AI is the only logical conclusion. What I'm trying to say here is that my debut is cancelled, at least until I can afford another model I will be getting a pngtuber for now, and will be streaming soon, but all of this is a lot. I know that I own the model I bought, and I know I can’t use it because I suspect it’s AI. My morals come first. I didn't want to say anything until after my debut but I lost my job and I'm someone who lives in a small area with barely any jobs. VTubing is all I have for income for now. I keep job searching, it's nearly been a month. I'm struggling a lot right now. I have blocked Jacques (I can’t take the reviews down unfortunately, and will be linking their Fiverr below for anyone who wishes to block them as well. I will not be getting my money back for this, it’s too late for that. I now know to be much more careful in the future, and will only be commissioning one trusted artist from Fiverr from now on. If anyone wants to help out financially I’ll link my Kofi and Buy Me a Coffee. Don’t feel like you have to, and don’t donate if you’re struggling yourself. Please put yourself first. I will be making a new introduction post once I have human made concept art, so stay tuned I’ll be releasing my stream schedule once I buy the pngtuber and figure out how to proceed
