I’ve never liked coffee, the most I’ve ever tried was dipping bread in it, it’s so bitter. Now I realized most of it is dark roast, and that coffee has so many health benefits when it’s not DARK roasted. Light roast is especially beneficial as it retains its antioxidants and more, preventing cancer instead of possibly leading to it as dark roast does. So… I will be trying medium and light roast for all the health benefits and hopefully I like it better than the usual dark roast coffee :) trying this organic brand
