Smiling at the boy Serah stood still. With her hands clapped together she held them over her chest, as if trying to hold the heart in place. She couldn't stop smiling; she couldn't stop the laughter that wanted to escape, her spirit filled with so much joy. She took a step closer to him while speaking--"Forgive me. I was gone for so long." Tilting her head down she let out a breath to calm herself, her frown taking it's place on her lips, "I was lost for a while--troubled." Looking back up at Cloud she held her smile once more. "--but I found my way back." This whole time she had been gone, Serah dealt with troubles in her life. Heartaches with the lost of close friends and family members, her crushed spirit was trying to find itself again. Within this moment; returning home it did.
