not sure if I'm a fan of the new rules thread. it really just highlights how biased and cherry picking some of the rules are.

 "we do not allow debates about real world topics (especially of a political nature). However, discussion threads for support and education are allowed in a limited capacity about such topics."

"Words classified as slurs are not acceptable even if directed toward yourself. This language will be handled on a case by case basis as usage is always changing and evolving."

"Innocent images and content from media that contains elements that are not child-friendly are acceptable as long as the media is mainstream and widely known (example: Game of Thrones). Content from lesser-known media may be moderated more heavily."

being my biggest Questions? a good deal of the rules on chicken smoothie have always seemed on a case to case basis, but pretty much the only thing a lot of these rules clarify is that "there is no specific rule here, the mods more less get to decide individually" which I feel leaves too much room for bias 🤷‍♂️ & it really feels like that's how it's always been, which seems to be a lot of peoples' issue with the site rules. a lot of these seem so vague and unconcrete.

I Am genuinely curious on cs' stance on classical art and fine art that depicts nonsexual nudity. because as the rules are written, it seems Michaelangelo could warrant a board warning lol
