i'm disappointed that it feels like no matter what i do as someone on the hyros staff it's just going to get looked over anyway and that the opportunities to contribute to the community are slim to none; something that i was very excited to be a part of has now just turned into being pushed on to the backburner and it's hurt very, very much.

The majority of mantibabs do look the same. They have color and marking rarities as well as only a few common traits and the owner is very stingy with releasing anything that isn't common. Though they have been releasing super rare ones recently but because of how rare they are they are going for mucho money.

Last time pacapillar customs were sold the unnatural subspecies was $250 which is less than hyros. But i agree they aren't cheap. But you were defending hyros for their pricing and yet you are now saying other cs are not cheap. Isn't that hypocritical? I mentioned those two precisely for that reason. People have complained that they are expensive. Does your same reasoning apply to them or to grems for valuing their work higher? Is thinking it's expensive undervaluing them?

Sometimes I don't respond to offers because they are a lowball. I know some people don't value character the same but i just can't be bothered to reply to people that can't be bothered to offer anything thats isn't a lowball. Same for people who don't read what i'm looking for. minimal offer = minimal effort.

I'm surprised it took more than five seconds for that Cypherus to be ABed. It's a cute design. (I'm not very into Grems, though--just have a couple I use outside of the group--so maybe there is something that makes it less valuable as a Cypher?)

the other side of jellocats being picky about art style is that there was a brief "concern" about it in the CCCats server, and the owner contacted tana directly about it. don't ever think that the jellocat group could stand up against the cccats group if there was a white knight war over jellos looking too similar to cccats.

I'm not a hoarder intentionally because I'm mainly just super busy but I've won several raffle designs from the various CS I'm in and have no time to be active in and it's like an addiction to enter these raffles when ik I'll never have a chance to draw them but I want these pretty designs and I can't seem to stop. I've at least stopped entering for ones I don't completely like but damn IDK what to do with these chars 'cuz I don't want to get rid of them when I might still draw em... someday...

I dont like posting my prompt art in the Mignyan Discord because it just gets overshadowed by someone's more popular piece and makes me feel absolutely terrible, but I can't figure out DeviantArt either. Feels bad man. I was skipped over even when someone was catching up on pieces posted in the channel
