im trying really hard to find a reason to stay alive but its not there, and ive been spiralling down to the mental state i was before

suicidal thoughts have been going up and the only way i havent been succumbing to tgem is from distractions

i dont have anyone to trust anymore, and i know i crave closeness

its genuinely horrible without it but i also know i partially did this to myself

trusted someone who said theyd give me everything, isolated myself so i could fixate on them, then get let down

lovely how my first serious relationship ended up with them abandoning me

i finally got into the mindset of wanting something serious and wanting to actually resolve issues with people but now it just feels like im the only one trying anymore

i want something genuine and permanent but now it just feels impossible

it feels like ill never have someone that can care and not leave

i crave a deep relationship, someone i can trust in, but i dont know if ill ever have that

in real life people are shitty or just dont give a shit, and online people never want to get to know me and actually try

i know im a lot but ive had so much hope that someone would come but im realizing itll always end the same

people are ruining me as much as im ruining myself

if i keep going im just gonna loop back again, and again, and again. if i try itll either end up being all for nothing or nothing at all happening

no matter how hard i try it never seems to be enough, no matter ok bye brain

anyway time to dissociate from all these thoughts and forget this ever happened yet again lol
