Crazy theory idea I just had, what if when the prophecy says “Jockington grows the beard.” It’s a prediction far in the future.

Something like the prophecy knows the world will be saved, so it has the confirmation of the future be that Jockington will grow a beard far in the future, a testament to the idea that the world will still exist.

Crazy Deltarune theories will continue to spew out of my head I’m sure.

Deltarune Spoilers!!!

So in chapter 4 it is hinted at Kris can’t do something without the soul being inside them.

I think that Kris can’t enter dark worlds without a soul. If they did, I think it is entirely possible something awful would happen to them. Such as… maybe becoming a darkner and being unable to seal the fountain again to escape.

Being unable to seal the fountains alone would be dangerous because it is the most common way we see Kris and Susie leave the dark worlds. That or leaving through an open door that leads outside of wherever the dark fountain is being kept.

But it’s also possible that without a soul, the dark world might interpret Kris as an object. The prophecy refers to Kris as “The Cage, with human soul and parts.” This feels to me that the prophecy treats Kris more as a tool for the soul to use, since we were probably meant to possess the vessel we create in the beginning rather than them. Since darkners are objects, this would make Kris a darkner. Kris would never be able to return to the light world if this happened.

Deltarune Chapter 3 Stuff Ahead!

So I found a way to get infinite moneys if you are patient enough to try it. In chapter 3 if you get S Rank you gain access to a vending machine that allows you to trade dark dollars for points.

The same machine also sells TV slop for 20 Points. Basically you just need to convert 1,000 dollars to 250 points. Then buy 12 TV slops. Proceed to the any rank area in the room next door and you’ll be able to sell the TV slops. Each TV slop sells for 90 dollars.

Very slowly at a profit of 80 dollars you will be able to increase your Dark Dollars this way.

Money seems to be pretty plentiful though, so only use this method if you’re desperately in need of cash.

Deltarune Chapter 3 Spoilers!!!

Near the end of the chapter we see a Pippin standing next to a petrified Zapper. I think the reason that the Zapper petrified instead of the Pippin is because of how Tenna refused to stop playing games.

Since Tenna refused that, and by extension refused to be turned off left no purpose for a remote in that world anymore. But because Tenna wanted the games to keep going, the Pippins stayed the same.

This is probably really obvious but I wanted to share my thoughts in case anyone found it interesting.
