I have some mental and emotional health issues I suffer with BPD/EUPD (Think you like me? Wanna be friends? Go get educated on that mental disorder specifically first please be patient with me be gentle please) I’ve got anxiety, depression, and I’m “on the spectrum” as some of us say I just don’t like the “A” word I got that “tism” and CPTSD I smoke weed to self medicate I’ve got a good amount of education in psychology I fear it’s what caused my extreme self awareness (it’s also what causes me to avoid professionals for now however I am looking into the specific types of therapy recommended for those of us who suffer with BPD/EUPD mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy right now) I don’t want to be on man made medication like mood stabilizers at least not for now maybe one day but not today that’s MY choice to make I’ve struggled with eating disorders through my life Ive managed to stay over 100lbs for about 2 years now I used drugs in the past I quit everything cold turkey it wasn’t easy it wasn’t simple I used to smoke cigarettes and nicotine vapes quit those cold turkey as well I used to cut myself and burn myself it’s been about 5 years since I’ve done that I’ve made multiple attempts at my own life over the years the last one I had was earlier this year (I’ve never been so proud to have failed at something so much) I also age regress my little age is 4 when I’m completely in little space
