Welcome to another Monday!!! Let’s hope this week is a good one :) though it seems like the weather is playing up and my pain is bad :(

On the plus side, I starting crocheting a shawl I adore and I passed my PhD, woohoo! :) spirit city helped me so much during my PhD, I’m so grateful! Though now it’s giving my old mac some grief :(

I recently got into knitting again and I’m excited anxious to knit my first sweater - I just hope it looks okay :) maybe I’ll share my wips and finished objects on here too! :)

Anyways, meet Lenny, a mascot of spirit city!!! I know I’ll have a good week with him next to me :)

Another week, wow!!! I can’t believe we’re here already!

This weeks friend is a possum called Sparky and she wanted to stay with me instead of finding a new family, but she let her baby run free in search of a new home :) I hope this week will be a good one!

Happy Monday!!! And happy August - wow the year is speeding past my eyes! Does anyone else feel like time is faster than it used to be, or is that a sign I’m getting old? XD

This weeks friend is the starry fairy bear from Build a bear! I can’t remember what her official name is, but she’s cute :) I think she’ll keep me happy and whimsy this week!

Happy Monday everyone, and happy new friend day!!! :) last week went in a blur, and I helped so many friends find new homes :) this week I’m focusing on my hobbies and allowing myself to truly relax - I feel like I’m close to being in control and content :) I hope this week is wonderful for you all!

This week I’m supported by the lovely Poppy :) she’s soft, dependable and huggable, and no doubt will be integral to a good nights sleep :)

Happy Monday everyone, it’s a new week! Last week felt super short where it counted and long everyone else! I’ve got a squishable kitsune friend to cheer up this week! I hope that they can soothe chronic pain too 🤞😭 I love them SO much and they desperately need a name XD

How is it June already? :o I am always shocked by how quickly time passes when you aren’t paying attention. When you live day by day, the days merge into one and time slips through your fingers

Aaaanyways, this weeks wonderful friend is the comfy friends Toxel! I bought him preowned from Japan, before I knew they were rereleasing the comfy friends line. I’ve even tempted to get another so I have the comparison, but I don’t want him to feel replaced 😭 perhaps I’ll consider it :)

Weeeelcome to new friend day!!! Can’t believe it’s Monday already - I know I say it every week, but time really is speeding up the older I get. It’s June next week! :o

Today’s friend is very special :) when my husband and I were up in a different country for a con, I passed a smoliv just like this one! I ended up leaving him behind but kept thinking about him :( my husband secretly bought one for me online and now we’ve been reunited! I love and cherish him with my whole heart, both my husband and my smoliv :)

It’s new friend day already, wow! Can you believe it is nearly June, and therefore halfway through the year soon! I think time is going too fast :)

It’s Quagsire this weeeeeek!!! :D it’s been a weird start to the week. I’ve almost finished my PhD corrections, and it just feels so weird. What if I fail? I might, I’m scared I haven’t done enough even though I’ve pulled 16 hour days with minimal time off for the past few months 😭 but like Quagsire, I’m slapping on a smile and missioning on! :)
