Looking for size comparisons I found that Kelly from Barbie is a 1/12 doll and patterns for this doll can be used on dolls of similar sizes, although length for skirts and dresses might vary.

Chuchu Doll HINA (@dolchu_sae on twitter, personal blog http://princesskiss.blog4.fc2.com/) has made a compilation of outfits that appear on Dollybird and they are available for printing directly on the link. I figure it would be easier if printed directly on fabric with services such as spoonflower but eitherway it provides the patterns!
