  D i s t r i c t 4. The district that was up there with the wealthy ones. Hands down it had to be the most extravagant one of them all. Blue waters, white sand beaches. Practically everyone in the District was sunkissed because it was the fishing district, you’re occupation involved you being outside.

Clove had came with her father and older brother on a business trip, for them anyway. She just wanted a get away. But there was a catch, in order for her to be able to go, she had to promise that she would keep up with her training at four’s training center. 

Tonight was a greeting party. It was for both parties of the business deal to get acquainted with each other before the week’s long meetings. Even though Clove was a career in training and never liked dressing up for anything, she was dressed to impress. Only because he father asked her to.

She had a short printed sheer black dress with a gold silk fabric underneath the part that clung to her figure, leaving the sleeves see through that fell just about mid-thigh. She hair was forced back into a high ponytail, the usual hairstyle for Clove. If she was to do this, she was doing it her way. Her make up was done, for once. On her feet, the tiniest heels possible.

Her father had already left early, leaving her to arrive with her old brother. As soon as they walked through the door they were greeted by one of his good friends who her bother introduced as Finnick Odair.  

Finnick was just as captivating as the nation of Panem made him out to be. Anyone who laid eyes on him was instantly attracted to him, including her.
