Ooo this one was a doozy. So many fascinating options so little time
I chose The Eye for Lewis because his entire backstory and angsty lore surrounds around this need to be perfect and to live up to the expectations of his family. He is constantly monitored, judged, and examined throughout the story to be "kept in check". The Eye is basically the fear of surveillance, being judged, and the unknown (although that is also sometimes The Dark). It's also important to note that according to @animatorroseoak , Lewis is excellent at learning things quickly, especially languages. A part of being devoted to The Eye is to be "all knowing" or to know everything, as to combat that fear of being unknowingly watched or judged.

Other fears I am accepting:
The Stranger - Fear of the uncanny as well as distrust amongst peers (mostly picked this because of their relationship with puppets)
The Lonely - Fear of isolation and disconnection from others
Fern - Avatar of The Lonely
Did I pick it because of the pattern of shipping Eye coded characters with Lonely coded characters? Yes. Jmart till I die. But, I find that throughout his life, because of his disability, Fern has been isolated. This made it hard for him to have friends. It is also good to note that Fern is also unaccommodated for at school. His teachers don't keep his disability in mind, they are rude to him, there are no disability aids for him, and the faculty doesn't know ASL. He is forgotten and pushed to the side by people who should be caring for him, but instead he has to fight for his own place in society. This sense of loneliness or being forgotten is HUGE in The Lonely, so I found that cool.
Also, guys... the blue color palette? Absolute cinema throw him into the fog.

London - Avatar of The Desolation

The Desolation is the fear of fire and destruction, but mostly the fear of pain and loss. She is afraid of losing Lewis, as well as her other friendships. She is afraid of losing her identity as a drummer and feeling the pain of being the "girl" of the drumline. However, like how most fires spread, her sparks of fear soon grown into an uncontrollable wildfire, causing her to become impulsive in hopes of saving her friendships, when in actuality she just fucked everything up and desolated (pun intended) her relationships with others.
Phil - Avatar of The Dark
So this one needed a lot of creativity because Roseoak, as much as I love you, you need to start developing Phil I swear I had no clue who she could have been as a Fear. But then, it hit me. Phil, for the most part, is a very unknown character. We have rarely seen her in this current season, and except for being Lewis' ASL teacher and London's eventual girlfriend (Roseoak give me my yuri), we don't know a lot about her.
Despite The Dark being the actual fear of the dark, it is also the fear of the unknown horrors that lay in it. For Phil, we don't know her story. It could be full of light, it could be boring, it could also be a sad story of grief, pain, and darkness. We don't know. We can only guess. So, this unknown part of her character puts her up for running to be a perfect Dark avatar

Marshall Walker - Avatar of The Web
I feel like you could put every TMA fear with this guy and it would work. But, The Web is the best option. Marshit is very manipulative, so much so to the point where his sister is just letting him do this shit to her son and daughter. Abuse, manipulation, and taking someone's ability to think for themselves all align with The Web, the fear of being manipulated, having a person's individuality taken away, and being betrayed. Now, Marshall doesn't have any of these fears, BUT he is a source of this fear, which actually makes him great for the job.

Jenny Walker - Avatar of The Eye
A new Eye bearer enters the ring. Jenny, throughout the webcomic, is EXTREMELY into Lewis' business. She wants to know where he is at all times, his grades, his location, she even got a tracker on her phone. Life360 warrior over here goddamn.
Surveillance and always needing to keep watch is an important part of being an avatar of The Eye.
If Elias wasn't gay (and a murderer), she would love him and his many schedules.
