astro is confused.
he's a pretty nonchalant toon, and will stay that way. kind of. he doesn't exactly know what hes doing with this information. i think he could acknowledge his crush himself, after all astro literally dreams about you. its not just mundane, background character dreams; its full conversations and hangouts.
astro knows its rude, but he likes to watch your dreams. give you good ones. maybe even visit you in them.
astro is a little less composed around you. he freezes up when you come up to him, and depending how surprised he is to see you the reactions vary. he can usually shake whatever shock he had off, though.
i think he'd invite you to come take a nap with him. to me i think naps with astro are highly valued as it'll give you a good rest and a better dream. so for him to invite you for one, you'd have to be pretty special.
after awhile, the naps would be a constant for you two. if one of you is stressed or annoyed, he'll go to you for you or vice-versa.
astro sleeps better around you.

sprout has to be told.
sprout's been feeling a little awkward around you for who knows why. his palms gets a little sweaty, and his cheeks get warm. he can't seem to figure out why.. must be allergies. can strawberries have allergies..?
after some consulting with cosmo of if it is possible that he can have an allergy to a specfic toon, sprout came out with a different conclusion. he had teensy tiny crush. ok. great.
he wants to get closer with you, which means every so often he brings you baked goods, invites you to hangout, asks you to come on a run with him, and immediately volunteering to help you carry supplies.
sprout can't help it if his voice is lost and the words die on his tongue. he can't help it if he likes being around you. he can't help it that his thoughts drift to you.
the other mains think hes in deep. (he is. he really is. he loses focus when you pass by.) sprouts just waiting for it to blow over. like, now, please, he doesn't stand a chance against you.

vee is caught off guard.
why does she like you? you seemed to be one of the few toons who didn't really care for her. sure, its not like you're a super fan like boxten or whatever, but you don't even really care for the show!
she'll come up to you, asking you if you liked the gameshow she last hosted. (admittedly, she looked for you in the crowd by the lights were glaring, so it was a failed endeavor.) you swear you can feel her composure break a little when you say you didn't watch them.
new goal - get you to either be a fan or get on the show. easier said than done. vee was always throwing little comments of how you should be on the show. "oh, you'd look great on camera.. you should come on my show sometime." or "you're smart, i think you'd be perfect for my trivia segment."
is she flirting? whatever. thats besides the point - all her asking is driving you insane. the more she asks the less interested you are in the show. your disinterest shows so much she practically begs for you to get on. (vee doesnt beg.)
shes always trying to dazzle you. please notice her. the girls getting desperate.

shelly is excited.
you've always been nice to shelly. including her in things, always visiting the dinosaur floor, even checking in on her! no wonder why shelly likes you.
shes really quiet around you (quieter than normal, atleast.), but in her silence, she's noticing. she'll compliment you in things you didn't think someone would notice. "i like how you hum when you think, its nice."
she gets all flustered when you brush past her, freezing up. when she's up at night she replays all the times she interacted with you.
she'll plan a conversation in her head and then just.. not execute them? shelly will get cold feet and just mumble apologetically and dash off.
sometimes she follows you around unintentionally. you've learned to keep talking as you walk because either way, she'll start piping off questions. shelly likes that about you.
she lights up when she sees you.
shelly will ask if she can show you one of her hobbies - or if you can show her yours. she's super excited when you say yes. she'll eagerly wait until you show up, then getting extremely disappointed when you have to leave.

⟡ to be fair, if he was busy at the casino the work would be put off. they'd ignore it to hang out because they love chasing fun. (least responsible casino owner of all time)
⟡ may or may not climb into your house through your window a few minutes after you text them about hanging out. (he probably will)
⟡ chance wouldn't have responded to that text, just went to pick up some bloxycola and ran with it. you better learn to accept that and leave your window open a crack after sending that text - its easier for him to bring in the drinks.
⟡ would totally ask their friends to go to the bathroom with them. he'd chat with you along the way, and make you promise to wait outside for him.

⟡ at the survivor's cabin, he'll go on a walk with you to explore the island you two were unceremoniously thrown onto. he wouldn't mind just walking in silence and being in each other's presence.
⟡ if you were more inclined to the culinary arts i think he'd ask you to teach him how to bake. it sounds funs and he gets to hangout with you.
⟡ you two would probably hold mini debates, like chocolate over vanilla or cats over dogs. you could probably just sit on the couch or at the tables in the cabin and just debate for hours. (hes a repressed debate kid i know it!!!)
⟡ hes creative with his card games. if he finds it too boring, he'd suggest a random rule he made up. surprisingly it works really well.
⟡ it might become less of an inside joke and more of a habit. so much so you would accidently incorporate the rule in the game with other survivors leaving them utterly confused why you placed a skip and reshuffled the deck.

"how so?" [name] looks over, their eye still twinkling with that awe. "its better everytime i watch it , i swear." they smile.
"why was there so many aliens, but none of them are protagonists? its in the name. also, how did the gray-haired guy come back from the dead, why was the black-haired guy shot?? didn't he win?? wasn't the black-haired girl dead?? why was she back??" 007n7 implored.
"..did you watch anything?" [name] brows raise. (haha alnst reference. )

⟡ he literally comes from money and spoils of course they are going to buy you gifts.
⟡ buys you extravagant clothing if he thinks you'll look good in it. chance will be out at the mall (his next best choice if the casino or you is unavailable) and literally stop dead in his tracks if they see something that catches their eye.
➜ "..[name] would look real nice in that.." chance pauses, already holding a giant teddy bear he thought you'd like. minutes later, they're holding a bag with the clothes.
this cycle repeats one or two more times.
"chance, what-" [name] gapes at their boyfriend confidently walking through the door with namebrand clothing an a giant teddy bear. chance is grinning like an idiot.
"you gonna stare and judge or help me bring this in?" he chuckles, passing the stuffed bear to them. (chance is right, they do like the bear.)
⟡ when out with chance, they'll remember what you stop to look at. he'll say he's gone off to the bathroom, but really they're buying the soon to be gift and hiding it in the car to surprise you at home when you can't force him to return.

↳ i personally think chance would be sort of touchy. like they will snake an arm around your waist when you two are just cuddling in bed. he probably was always holding your hand.

↳ they don't exactly know why they feel an aching feeling of want or disappointment. chance was probably unconsciously doing all of that stuff. he's done it since you two got together - its a second nature.

elliot misses you in the way he misses cooking together and the way you greeted him when he got home.

sometimes elliot will feel a little emptier when its quiet when he returns.
↳ he was used to working later than you, but not too late. still early enough where it was reasonable to be up and awake. he loved opening the door.
↳ you would either come running up to him like a puppy, grinning happily, or perk up from wherever you had chosen to "wait" that night. (you denied the fact you waited).

↳ elliot doesnt get any of that now. not when he opens the cabin doors, not when he goes to his room. it makes his chest tighten slightly knowing that you aren't with him now, and haven't been for quite some time.
